My wife was procrastinating doing her taxes this year, because she was worried that she was gonna owe. We got a family member to recommend us to mrs.paula. She was very respectful and helpful with every single worry my wife had. 10/10 customer service. Definitely will recommend more people to her. She broke down every detail of the process and answered all our questions.

Unfortunately I don’t think I will be filing my taxes after this year with Jackson Hewitt. For many years I have been with this company and now I don’t qualify for refund advance but I have all the 13 years with them very disappointed.

So far not so good. I set up an appointment to be here at 11. I was early and she was actually late then she took other people ahead of me as if I was not suppose to be here. This is completely unacceptable Anna. On top of all of this I’m skeptical that she even knows what she’s doing. Smh I only wish I would have just went somewhere else.
