I had an excellent experience at Elegant Collision Center. They did a fantastic job repairing my car, and the turnaround time was incredibly quick. The team went above and beyond by assisting me with a rental car, which made the process so much easier. The customer service was top-notch, and the owner was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs – great service all around!

I bought my car here for the first time to get it fixed after my fender bender and I just want to say the mechanics were very nice and professional. They kept me updated with pictures and progress along the way. The place itself looks very nice inside and they fixed my car faster than I expected and did a beautiful job on my car !! It came out looking brand new and I was very satisfied with the results !! The name speaks for itself. Thanks again for the mechanics that worked on my car ❤️ It was elegantly done 🙂 Sincerely a happy, satisfied customer.

Hopefully I don’t ever get in a car accident again but if I do I’ll definitely come here again. Kevin was so attentive to every detail and answered all my questions and concerns. He made sure I was well attended and to top it off my Mercedes came back like nothing ever happened.

Kevin and his team have allowed me to look at the positive side of a really negative situation. Unfortunately, I was the victim of theft and vandalism when the wheels and tires were stolen off of my car and it wasn’t jacked properly. Fortunately, I chose to have my car repaired at Elegant Collision.
Kevin and his team are committed to their customers and are prideful of their work product. You can see this reflected in the photos of the beautiful repair work they’ve done. My car looks like I just drove it off of the dealership lot. In addition to beautiful repair work, Kevin and his team go above and beyond to exceed expectations. My car was cleaned, waxed, and detailed (yes, even on the inside) upon pick-up. The team communicates thoroughly, works efficiently, and strives to not only meet expectations but to exceed them as I stated above. I will be referring anyone in need of their services to Elegant Collision. I couldn’t thank these guys enough.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job on my vehicle. It was my first time to try it and no I was not recommended by anyone, I was convinced from other reviews and let me tell you, they are not lying 😄
They provided updates from when they were ordering parts, how long it will take to get here, to the actual time it would take to fix the vehicle. They also assisted with helping me get the rental delivered to the location and I didnt even have to uber for that.
I’m happy with the service and will be recommendinf my friends here.
