Purchased from Sales Associate named Jasmine today.
Something felt off in her behavior towards me during the transaction, as I asked questions about my purchase.
Right after me, the next customers were not treated how I was.
Please don’t discriminate. You don’t know what customers are going through. Just like kind customers are being kind to you — despite not knowing what kind of day you had today or might have tomorrow.
I was about to place a big order. I’ll now reconsider where I give my business.

8/5/2025: It has been awhile since I visited this store. They redid the area and now it is much brighter. I like it!
Today I went in to have more charms added to my bracelet. I was immediately greeted and assisted with my selections. My order had to be sent out since one charm was being engraved and another was charm that was out of stock in the store needed to come from somewhere else and then be added to the bracelet. Jaky was very helpful. She explained everything in detail and took her time with me. I appreciated her professionalism and expert assistance. I felt like I was leaving my jewelry in good hands. I hope Jaky's manager sees this review. I was extremely impressed with her level of service. Great hire, JA! The store was clean and I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. This store is conveniently located right outside of Macy's.

I am not sure of the woman’s name who assisted me today but I went in to exchange a charm bracelet and resize two rings. She was so patient and explained everything was in like new condition so I was able to walk out with two rings, 1 charm, and a necklace I was looking at for a long time with my exchanges and $30. I thank her for her great customer service!

This review is for Vanessa. I totally called the wrong store and took a lot of her time. We ended up figuring out I called the wrong place and she was so kind and polite about it. I had such a lovely experience today at James Avery. I had the pleasure of being helped by JaRhonda! She definitely made the experience a 10/10! She was so friendly, attentive, and personable! She helped me make some great choices and additions to my bracelet. She also took the time to really make the experience very special for my cousins 1st time at James Avery! This was a visit we will always remember! Thank you immensely!

I went in to have my bracelet repaired because a charm came off. Jean was very curt and patronizing towards me. After providing my information she quizzed me on the number of charms I had and which ones. She was also very slow in providing the pickup receipt. When I returned and asked her to help me put my bracelet back on she told me to do it myself and she would only clasp it. She kept asking if I liked my bracelet which was very weird. She didn’t ask about the repair but, the bracelet. It’s mine. I like what I buy. Usually, you’re giving a box and a cleaning cloth after repairs. Nothing. I got a half-hearted clasping a goodbye. I recommend she attend cultural and diversity training and actually open her heart to people who look different than her. Additionally, after she “helped me”, she failed to help another family that didn’t look like her. Her coworker had to assist the people that didn’t fit her idea of what a James Avery customer should look like.
