Delia was absolutely amazing. Beyond helpful & very engaging! Thank you Delia from you fellow Texans that unfortunately reside in Mississippi. It’s hard to find people that genuinely enjoy their job and are great servicing the consumer, however, she made every dollar spent worth it. We will be back!

Sales associates and manager asked if they could help me, when I came to them letting them know I'm waiting to pick up an online order, suddenly they can't help. all items are in stock, so that wasn't the issue. I guess they didn't feel like collecting the order right in that moment so they went back to standing around gossiping. Store was nearly empty so I know they're not too busy with other customers but hey, milk that clock.

Never been to a more rude James Avery! I love james avery I get all my rings, charms, necklaces from here - but this store was the only one with rude costumer service. I'm appalled at how I was treated here. I simply came in to get more information on a ring I had just purchased a week ago in San Antonio that fit to big. I came to see if I could get it exchanged the ring is new I simply put it on to come get it exchanged "PAMELA" rudely told me the ring was all scratched and I would have to pay for a new one. I then proceeded to ask for inventory on that certain ring to purchase one and she said it would take a week to get information. I thought that was weird. I then asked if she can possibly wipe down my two gold rings with the cleaning cloth as I've always done at other stores. She said that would also take a week as well. I then asked her if it would take a week to wipe down with the cloth they had at the register and she firmly and rudely said yes. It ruined my whole experience at the store. I didn't feel comfortable browsing the store anymore.

I’ve had great experiences with James Avery until coming in to this location, an associate named Pamala was being very avoidant of customers and once I finally got her attention she was being short and dismissive with her time

BUYER BEWARE - this company has decided to no longer stand by the quality of their products. I grew up shopping at JA and they have always been the “go to” for jewelry shopping for my family for over 20 years. They charged me $40 to repair their $1,000 necklace that was defective. It’s just petty and I will never shop there again.

This review is overdue. On my last trip to Houston, I visited the James Avery memorial mall location, and I am so happy I got to buy a few things for myself and the gift. Most importantly, this location is more significant than others, meaning we have more variety. Also, if you can find Delia there for help, you will be so happy to know her. She is one dedicated, hard-working, and delighted salesperson who will help you without pushing as a salesperson. She helped me with the sizes and the kinds of chains for my extremely helpful pendant. Since James A stores are only in Texas so we bought a few things as a souvenir for my family members. We highly recommend this particular location must visit, and if Delia is working that day, she will make your life much easier.

We bought a charm from their online store but it broke. Brought it back to the store to repair, but the store manager denied that it’s their product and refused to fix it. We have the email receipt with images. Although my family have always been loyal to the brand, this store manager practically chased us away

I have been wanting this ring from James Avery for a while.I have been eyeing it I finally got the money and was able to purchase it.I guess I will say it is an early birthday gift to myself and I got it to reward myself just for being a good mother and a good wife and just everything that I do for my family and others. I wanted to treat myself if I must say.I'm happy!I love the ring!I love the price!I loved the customer serviceI recieved that day.I loved the vibe I got there in the store. I loved everything about my experience at James Avery.I will definitely go back in the future.

Everything and the customer service is beyond good. They v a wide variety of many things and will bend over backwards to find what u are looking for from calling other stores and ordering it fir u and shipping to ur house. They will put things together showing different ways to wear things. Their jewerly is pure sterling silver and 14 k gold. U will not find a better place to buy hewerly.
