Jammers was the best body shop I have ever worked with! Ricardo helped me out and was very responsive. He called me often to update me about the status of my car and was happy to accommodate me with anything I needed. Very professional and did the work in a timely manner. When I received my car, it was washed up and looked amazing!

My review is long overdue, but Ryan and the rest of the Jammers team did an excellent job with the repairs to my Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2023. Jammers went the extra mile to minimize the amount of time my Jeep spent in the shop by pre-painting some of the new parts prior to me dropping off my vehicle. The estimate process was easy and I received a fair final price (with no surprises) in-line with estimates I received from other shops. Overall excellent quality of work and excellent customer service.

What amazing people - thank you Al and Ron for taking care of us. Happened to rent a car and went to return it and they said that the bumper had been hit. My local car shop (Auto World) that we take our cars to for oil changes, etc. recommended that we reach out to Jammers Auto Body, Inc. Took the rental car over there today, and they were able to buff and touch up the bumper. Returned the car to rental company and they were good with that. Highly recommend this body shop - -very kind and professional employees. Thank you so much!!

My previous visit was exceptional (years ago). However, as a returning customer, I have to admit that the service has declined severely. I picked up my car today from a repair due to an accident. My paint on my hood is literally worse than how I left the car 2 months ago. I brought it to Ryan’s attention. Also, I drove off the lot at within 1 minute, I was hearing the same noises due to the damage. Ryan and Al admitted no one completed a diagnostic for damages other than cosmetic. (Wow) He also admitted no one test drove the car to check for any other issues.The communication was not transparent and I had to bring this to Ryan’s attention. Ryan is very good at apologizing, but I’d rather the work be done thoroughly. I know they heard the sound pulling the car around. I literally heard it immediately as I drove off. Disappointed and now have to see if the insurance will approve additional repairs due to their negligence.
