Kristen the store manager is incredible! She genuinely cares about her store and even worked on a holiday to make sure all the new merchandise was laid out. I have been shopping at this store for many years and they have been so wonderful at helping me find and get the items I am looking for.5 out of 5 stars- easy to get in, beautiful merchandise and displays, easy to do returns and their staff is amazing at helping you in whatever you need!

I had to pop in for a last minute gift. Glad I didn't pay attention to this low Yelp rating. The store was well-stocked and organized, and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I usually shop at the location near my home in The Woodlands, and am glad I found this Highland Village location near my in-town apartment. I'll definitely be back.

Rude staff, ask any question and it's like you are taking their personal time. God forbid you need to make an exchange with a receipt, it's like pulling teeth. Plus it's severely overpriced. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY SEE A DIME OF MY MONEY!

Absolutely love their selection of clothing for kids! Kristen is so helpful and absolutely amazing at putting together outfits. I really appreciate how tidy and organized the store is... makes for an easy one stop shop.

Love their outfits for my baby. I needed something unique for my son and I found exactly what I wanted here. The ladies at the front were really helpful, I needed a shoe in a certain size and they helped me find them. I don't go here often due to the pricing and my son is growing so fast and outgrowing everything ... but i do go here for when I need a special occasion outfit for him.

Awesome customer service at this particular location. I’ve been shopping at Janie and Jack for five years now and this location and the woodlands always acknowledge their customers.

I LOVE Janie and Jack clothing stores...their clothes, accessories, and boots & shoes are so elegant, stylish, and extremely high quality. They wash well, they are made well, and they look fantastic on! Our little girl loves to shop in Janie and Jack boutiques and gets so excited every time we can make a trip to the boutique! She will walk around and select her favorites and then we pick the sizes and cuts that are best for her based on her favorite picks. She always leaves the store happy and excited. We have had the best shopping experiences in the boutique...very attentive staff who are always friendly and eager to help.
