I was greeted at door and immediately made to feel welcomed. I was then directed to a salesperson who listened first then proceeded to assist me with my order. My overall experience can best be summed up as great and I truly left the store feeling like a valued and appreciated customer.

They lost my wedding band due to inputting address incorrectly . I had to use a display ring that was 3xs bigger than ring size. The lady didn’t take accountability for her mishap Kahaliah Keys and the manager was nonchalant with me trying to file a complaint Kimberly Welch. I didn’t get my original ring until 2 weeks AFTER my wedding & 21 days after expected delivery date . This location caused me a lot of stress and frustration .

I came into the store to get a watch checked out. Eric and the staff here were efficient, thorough and provided phenomenal customer service. Thanks to their expertise, I did not have to send my watch to the manufacturer....a huge relief!!! This will be my preferred Jared to visit going forward.

I went in about 6 weeks ago with a ring I purchased to place my diamond in. The band was beautiful but was turning rose gold quickly. I didn’t want to come to have it re- rhodium’d often so Nick and Jason were able to work with me, giving me a full refund, and I was able to order my dream ring as a custom order! I picked my ring up yesterday and was literally in tears, it’s absolutely stunning and more than I had imagined! Thank you!!

The worst customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Google all the lawsuits about them selling you different carat weights than what you actually thought you were purchasing. Wish I had at first. And don't bother asking them about it, because they'll gaslight the heck out of you. Shout out to the appraiser who caught it. Different weight and color.

I came in to buy an engagement ring. My wife recently lost the ring i bought her, so I came to this location to get her something different. My wife told me the price of the ring is not the concern only stay within $1200. I came in knowing what type of ring I needed solitary 11/1 single stud 14k white gold a size 4.5 engagement ring and told the clerk exactly what I wanted and she helped me with a ring $950 with warranty about $1120, so i thought. I get home show my wife, she tells me the ring online at Jared is $200 cheaper. I remember the clerk telling me that I was getting 10%discount and the ring wasn't even 14k it was 10k.i told her a price range and she took it without giving me a ring of it's value I will not recommend this location I am returning today and will video my encounter to see if they try to rip me off on return policy

My wife and I came here to get an engagement ring to use as our gender reveal idea. We came in and said we weren’t buying anything yet but wanted to wait because, at the time, we didn’t know the gender yet. Well, the staff was very patient with us and didn’t press us about getting one now but rather show us different options so the process would be easier down the road. We found out the gender and got the engagement ring that we loved. Well, we ended up having issues with the ring and it wasn’t anybody’s fault. Instead of them blaming us, they were quick to find solutions. They worked with us really well and we got everything situated. They have been nothing but kind to us. They really are the definition of customer service and I’m very appreciative and thankful for them every time I see my wife’s ring.

Went to look at engagement rings. Waited for about 20 minutes no one ever came to help. Employees were walking around socializing with each other. One went outside to smoke while we waited. End up leaving.
