Worst customer service encounter with JCPENNY Supervisor MARTIN…. Just to update my new phone number ; I end up cancelling my card. With years having it with good payment history and all verified info on file given; he still i nsists on more ID pix front and back. What! How discriminatory just to update my new phone number?? Im a full plledged tax paying US Citizen and treat me like this just to update my phone number??? Ridiculous! I see no pleasant customer skill to keep my card in this encounter with MARTIN….. he is a big time I DONT CARE employee……even threatened me To deny me if I apply again…. Thank you cuz thats what Ill exactly plan not to…….00 points rating for JCPENNY!😳

Horrible horrible service me and my daughter went to pick up something today and the line took at least 30 minutes. Pickup is supposed to be fast and easy not waiting in the line. And there was even a separate pickup line and the lady there told us to go to the returns and exchange line. The worst service and horrible store.

DON’T SHOP HERE DURING HOLIDAYS
The wait times are horrible. I wasted 30 mins standing in line to checkout 3 items. They had one cashier checking out 30+ people. Cashier was horribly slow, she saw there are so many people yet she chose to act slow. Store Manager: Carlet please make sure you have adequate staffing during holidays. Don’t ruin people’s holiday shopping experience.
Staff told me store manager Carlet is on vacation. Fire her immediately because she sucks at managing this store and staffing

2 cashiers for the first floor. Wasted time shopping only to walk the store looking for checkout to find only one available with a half hour line. Unacceptable.

Disco is the best photographer ever. She is patient and made sure my dog looked great in the pictures . Latoya and Jada are amazing and made sure I got the best prices ! 10/10.
