I had a catering order last week Thursday and request that the receipt be emailed to me for business purposes. I have called 4 times to get the receipt, as told twice that they would email it that day, hung up on once and then told that he could not help me and a manger would have to call me back. No manager has called me. Business lunches require receipts and it is very unprofessional not to provide them with catering orders.

The employees at this location are so great. They take pride in their craft but most importantly their service. We had our order mixed up and by the time I drove back they had already made it right. Thank you!

This is my third time ordering through the app and the instructions are never followed! They always miss the notes like if you want extra or warmed up. It’s very frustrating when you are on a lunch break and this stuff happens! They only make the sandwiches how it comes.

Service is a hit or miss, most of the team is cool but there's a few that hear evening shift(6pm) attitude, or too busy on their earbuds talking to whoever.I could be staring at them waiting for 2min before they saying anything in the front don't usually expect a sandwich to take 20min to make a Philly cheese steak. Had three customers order after me and. Walk out with THEIR cheese steak

This location needs to find a more efficient way of fulfilling pick-up orders. I ordered at 11:38am and said it will be ready by 12:23pm (2/7/24). Arrived at 12:10 and waited in-store until 1:03pm to pick up my order. I could have been in line three times vs waiting for my order. Waiting an hour in the store for 2 sandwiches I ordered online is a little outrageous.

Came in for a sandwich. Placed my order, no one made my sandwich. Staff ignored me and instead kept servicing online orders and people who came in after me.

Sandwiches are good, but ummm the service is......let's just say "spotty"? Learn to listen to what your paying customers are saying, and don't play semantics with them about what's normal for an ITALIAN SUBMARINE SANDWICH. Normal or "the way it's supposed to be", couldn't be any more descriptive of a sandwich called an ITALIAN SUBMARINE SANDWICH. When I said regular normal bread, and you lay down a rosemary baguette, you're not listening. I actually repeated myself three times "normal regular white bread", and this guy continues to act stupid, and kept suggesting every other flavor. So I'm leaving this review in the hopes that Mikes Subs can maybe do a little bread training, NOT to mention sandwich training, as in maybe teaching the sandwich preparer a little bit about the sandwich. Sorry that's asking too much, but seriously just listen to customer. Just listen.

I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches and so it's real disappointing that regularly this location, which is the closest to my office, is routinely the worst one I've ever been in. They seem more interested in jaw-jacking with each other than being attentive to customers' orders, they will let someone just sit there and figure out their huge order over the phone while the line of other customers builds up rather than ask the next customer to come forward while that person is getting their act together, and when they do something such as forget to put one of the sandwiches in your order in your bag (like they just did today), they make no effort to try to get your attention as you're walking to your car, nor do they even have the courtesy of apologizing to you for their screwup when you have to drive back and get the sandwich that you paid for: just a sarcastic "thank you". You would be better served going to any of the other locations than this one - they do not have their act together at this location at all and their ability to get your order done correctly and quickly (like the other stores) reflects this ineptitude. Buyer beware in this instance.

Staff was very rude. Stopped by for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Girl taking orders didn’t ask what type of bread I wanted. She seemed bothered by the sole fact that there were customers inside the store. When I checked out she did not bother to stand by the register nor give me a receipt.

Love this place! They take extra care with the gluten-free and do a great job!
