My entire experience was seamless & quick! Grace was very helpful in allowing me to adjust my insurance coverages & help me compare quotes - she had me signed-up within a day. She applied all the promised discounts & got me the best rate. State Farm was the most reasonable rate of all the companies I was quoted. Very happy to be able to work with a local agent!

I moved to State Farm and Jessica De La Cruz recently. I was a little leery at first about the 5-star review - how can an insurance agency get a perfect score like that, with over 300 reviews?
We had two events recently - my wife was recently involved in an accident in her vehicle, and I was a victim of a hit and run driver. In both instances, Grace from Jessica De La Cruz came to the rescue, as it were - she and her team went out of their way to make sure that the insurance claims were handled quickly and completely, patiently answering my questions, providing advice, everything!
These guys are phenomenal! Excellent customer service, highly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Just wonderful folk and a pleasure to work with!!
