We order almost every week during treatment when we come to Houston at MD Anderson. It’s always reliable and no problems. But today didn’t work for us. Not only were items missing, drinks were wrong too - no one wants Diet Coke. Also, when I called to get a refund for my missing items I was met with annoyance that I was asking for this, like it was my fault.Looks like we are going to switch gears for a bit.

Horrible quality unfortunately. I ordered no cheese on the Italian sandwich, they put cheese and didn’t add tomato per requested. Go to Jersey mikes you get more meat and better quality and better customer service.

I usually comeHere and they are pretty good. Today I called to place an order. The guy gave me the wrong order( mistakes happen) I get it, the problem is he was arguing with me about what I ordered instead of simply apologizing and making it right!!

Boooooooo ?????My sandwhich was gross yesterday, way too much ranch, should really consider hot sandwhiches, rude customer service. No refunds for unsatisfied guest. Never again!

I ordered 1 sandwich for lunch. I didn’t get my sandwich until an hour later. Jimmy John is not the same as before. Sad.

I work less than a mile from the Holcombe location. It took over an hour and 15 minute to deliver a sandwich. Called several times hearing the excuse that we were slammed. One of the calls, I spoke to a girl that was rude and said the driver should be there already and hung up. Really, Called 15 minutes later and was told the driver is one minute away. Upon arrival, the driver had at least 10- 15 order's in his front seat. Either this location needs more drivers or needs to hire staff that understand the word professional courtesy when answering the phone.

it's very disappointing when your older is not filled correctly. Once, maybe not a big deal, but the last 3 times...come on. ridiculous...it's not a complicated order when you request mayo and mustard packets. each time...no packets. it's hard enough to get napkins included without asking. now, I have double check every order...very disappointing and unnecessary. maybe Jimmy Jona needs to allow customers to grab their own packets. just leave them in the counter and let us grab what we ordered. after all, this location forgets them every time I've ordered. lets be clear, no one was in line and 3 staff members were cleaning or standing around talking. clearly not to busy to double check online orders before stapling the bag

The girl at the front desk was possibly one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I can understand having a bad day in a customer service position but she was just passing that bad day to other people.

This has to be the best sandwich shop out there. I've been going here for 4 years now and the staff and management is outstanding. I've been to other jj but this has to be the best. They are vary fast but that does not take away from the flavor. Even when they are rushing out orders they keep there composer. Every time I bite into a sandwich form this location it feels like the problems of the day just slip away.
