Came in store the other day with the intentions of buying hey dudes. The store did not have the color we had in mind and Bishop was so helpful and thoughtful. He requested that we get another shoe to match the outfit and in the end we were very pleased. S/O to BISHOP for a calming environment with hospitality on 100000!

i came today by JOURNEYS just to look around at some shoes that i had in mind but wasn’t to sure if i wanted to get them… while looking around, an employee name Karina came by to greet me and my husband.. she was so nice, friendly and really HELPFUL. She helped us and showed us different size of shoes and even tho they didn’t have my size in the shoes i wanted she bought out my size in different styles of shoes and all this was done with a smile in her face… we really appreciated her and how nice she was. is not often you come around people like that!! great person which makes us want to come back and shop again.

Visited the store a couple days ago. The employee with glasses and curly hair truly ( she was not wearing a badge) made it such a bad experience. she was rude and had at attitude. she was not only rude to us customers but as well to the other employees .

Today , while buying new shoes for my twelve year old at this store we were helped by a young lady (Employee# 646736) and didn't have any complaints until profanity music started playing. I told her and the other employee that I thought it was not the right place to play that kind of music and they said it was their store and they could play whatever music they wanted to what I disagree. Even though I understand their point of view they also have to show consideration for their customers and understand that they work with different types of people and that the fact that some don't complain doesn't mean they like it. I think my daughter felt embarrassed, she said that maybe I shouldn't have said anything to what I replied: I understand everybody's point of view but as a customer I also have the right to speak up and stand for what I think. Next time I will consider visiting a different store instead.
