My husband and I purchased a home a few months ago. My first experience and his second experience. As stressful as home buying is Julia and team made it so seamless with the rollercoaster of decision making, emotions, and uncertainties of the process. She answered all questions and worked around the clock to make it happen for us. Julia is the kind loan officer any conscientious real estate professional would love as part of her/his team. She takes time to consult with each client in preparation for going under contract. Once the process is underway she COMMUNICATES on a regular basis to closing.
