When I called, I told the girl who answered the phone I needed to move the following weekend so she "scheduled" me a consultation for Monday and was supposed to send a confirmation email, which I never received. Monday comes and they no show. We call and they don't have our information at all so we schedule another consultation. Then, they still didn't send us a confirmation! Definitely not going to go with this company.

I had such a wonderful move with KC Salley Relocation, that it is worth my time to post this message about it. I have moved with 6 moving companies thus far in my life, and I must say I am just blown away by this experience. My situation was unique in that timing was critical and I had challenging requirements to meet – KC Salley pulled it off flawlessly. Jeana (my move manager) and her crew came through in every way. I am in wide-eyed disbelief-- I have never had a moving company meet my organizational standards like this. From a detailed move plan, efficiency and on time service, topped off with a welcome home gift that was especially put together just for me. I was surprised to see packing paper in my dresser drawers to help the clothing not shift in the move. The positive attitude and calmness of PePe and his crew was impressive. Working through stressful times with such positive, friendly people that work so diligently is such a relief knowing how the opposite can be. KC Salley made moving a MASTERPIECE. Thank you again.

This is the 6th time we have used KC Salley for our relocations in and out of Texas. The crews are professional and quick to pack, however, not letting their speed inhibit the integrity of the packing for breakable items. On deliveries they have moved large boxes and furniture up and/or back down stairs for us as well as put children's bicycles together with high quality and no complaints. I will continue to use their services as long as my company needs me to move.

I've moved a lot in the last three years but luckily I made a friend in the moving industry in Jeana Potter. Not only has she done an amazing job moving me, but I trust her for any move to come. She recently set me up with KC Salley for a move to LA. She did not fail me. I got to work with Lynda As my coordinator and she was awesome too. Great decision taking Jeana's advice to use them and a pleasure doing business with KC Salley and Lynda!

KC Salley Relocation made our move from Houston, TX to a tiny rural community in Missouri easier then we could have ever imagined. The entire staff including Ryan the Sales Rep, Belinda the Coordinator and our driver, Eddie Macedo were professional, accommodating and on time every step of the process. All of our belongings arrived without a scratch and the moving crew even helped us move a piece of heavy furniture that was already at the delivery site which they did not transport from Houston. This company is very trustworthy and dependable. My husband and I would highly recommend this company.

KCS was fantastic! The staff was so helpful in every step of the process of moving my family of 5 household to Texas From NJ....our Driver and Crew were wonderful and took very good care of our things. We were delighted during unpacking that we did not even have a chip in a glass, I am not sure I could have packed our things better than they did. Staff is great, move was flawless and communication was great! I really could not be happier with this company!!

My experience was GREAT. I had family heirlooms that needed to be shipped from Texas to Florida. The movers loaded my items very efficiently and delivered them well within the anticipated delivery date. John (I believe), who unloaded the items was extremely polite, arrived exactly as anticipated and took great care in placing the items were I needed them. THANKS for the effort! No wasted time waiting around and great relief that the items had arrived.

Crew was totally unprofessional. Most of our furniture was damaged (not just damaged many pieces destroyed beyond repair) from sheer negligence. Crew fighting amongst themselves and blaming each other. Total nightmare of a move. Company has yet to step up, almost a month later, for any kind of a resolution for repairs or otherwise. Come across as professional when bidding but after they are non-responsive. DO NOT repeat DO NOT use this company.
