It was not a pleasant experience shopping at this store. There were 2 problems with the dining table I purchased, let me explain:1. The table at the store is a dark glass top, very pleasing to look at and I really liked it the first time I look at it. When it was delivered to the house, it’s clear/see thru glass. I did not like the look of it so I went back to the store and wanted to make sure they delivered the right top.2. When I get to the store, I found out they delivered the display table, not a brand new one from the warehouse like they promised.The price of the table was $975 (keep in mind I didn’t ask for discount or bargain when I make the purchase). I kindly asked for a discount because they have no other table I like. I told them the 2 problems I stated above and explained it to them that I am stuck with a table I don’t like for a long period of time. I asked $800 for the table and we both can move on. They didn’t accept the offer but countered with a few dollars off the original price. We went back and forth (wasted an hour) over the price and they finally let me refund the purchase. They charged $37.5 for the delivery to the house and $75 to pick it up.At the end, I lost $122 ($37.5 + $75 + tax) for the delivery of a DISPLAY model table and the wrong glass color. I would not recommend this store where customer satisfaction is not the priority. The saleswoman argued with customer over a few dollars and a disrespectful attitude.

Nice, friendly & professional from selling to deliver. I first come here for a table but I can't find the right one here. However, because of the nice & warm welcome customer of Alison, couple days later, I came back to buy many other thing from them.

K&D is a professional furniture store in Houston. Their service is absolutely 5 star. My husband and I just married this summer. We found all we need here. They offer both modern and classic furnitures. Their furnitures are imported from all over the world. Many products can not be found in other stores but only in K&D. Home delivery service can help deliver your purchases at your door, even you are living in the other states. I had a very awesome shopping experience here. After checking all different kinds of stores, my husband I chose K&D and we will tell our friends that K&D is one of the best furniture stores in Houston city!

As a business owner, I didn't have time to look at many places, but at K&D, I didn't have to go anywhere else. I found the best service, best prices, and furniture. The staff was SO helpful and gave me the ability to return the furniture within 7 days, which is what really sold me. The pieces are modern and chic, and definitely different than items you'd find at a regular furniture store. There is such a large collection to choose from and honestly, you won't find better prices or a better staff elsewhere. I have had this furniture for 6 mos now and everything still looks and feels brand new. It's definitely worth your while to check this place out!

They have the best selection of modern furniture in town!! I would've been happy going home with any of their bedroom sets. To top it off Mrs. Fei is so helpful, nice and easy to work with. Best place to buy furniture in Houston, hands down!
