They are straight demons. Came and raided my daughter's apts on Memorial day weekend, had my car for around 8 hrs and then charged me almost $400 to get my car back. Straight rip offs. So pissed at them. Knowing that there was only 3 visitor parking spots all the way up front.

Company will be getting a visit soon from an inspector to see if everything going on up there is in compliance all the reviews are not unseen we will uncover this even if it means following the drivers.

These people are terrible people they will wait for you by sitting in parking lots to take your car even if you are in visitor parking have taken a vehicle that was allowed to be parked where it was and still took it

This storage company has towed 2 of my friends cars who came by to visit. Both times cars were left to go have dinner and come back within 2 hours only. Each time they charged $330-350. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the attorney general office attached with receipts, hiring an attorney submitting camera footage of the towing and times. As well as filing with consumer government agencies. The wrong on so many levels. They have zero remorse and have no intentions of stopping this unjust unfair practice

Extremely rude customer service. Joanne is the worst person to deal with. Worst place to get your car stored. My car was towed twice, when I went to go pick my car up the battery was dead both times. They intentionally drained my cars battery just to make an extra $45.

I went with someone who had their car towed and the customer service was horrible. The older lady behind the glass was very rude to the man in front us and lied quite a few times. She said her printer was broken and couldn’t print out a receipt for him but when we went to the window she printed our receipt. The gentleman was not rude to her at all. She was laughing at his situation when he shared it with her and had an attitude while also calling him a racial slur. She is Hispanic and he is African American. I did take photos because she needs to be fired. That was completely unacceptable. You shouldn’t kick people when they’re down. It was no reason for her to be that rude. When we got to the window she was very short and sarcastic with us. She had an attitude with us but I’m not sure why. We weren’t rude with her at all either. It seems as though she is just a disrespectful person. If you don’t have transportation is difficult to get around especially in Houston. Then to have the place where your car is being held for whatever reason be rude to you, it’s just very sad. I hope they replace her. Keep in mind this is not the tow company. This is the place where they hold the vehicles that have been towed. These are two separate businesses.

Lisa attended to me at the front desk and was THE KINDEST and SWEETEST person ever she had such a kind soul and was very patient with me throughout my whole service. This auto storage is also one of the cleanest actually THE cleanest one that I've ever been to.

People like these shouldn’t own a business by far the worst experience I’ve had in any storage lot, I truly believe the positive reviews are friends workers or family members.I went up there a few days ago and kept giving me a hard time DONT let your car sit there once it’s in there take it out because they make it nearly impossible to take it out

The staffs are very rude. They just care about getting money and wrongfully tow cars. The girl who answered the phone hang up on me 3 times before providing a phone number I can contact to get my car.

I didn’t get the name of the girl that help me but she was young and had glasses, she had good customer service but the rest don’t. The old ladies have a resting b face and get bothered by simple questions beings asked.Super unorganized company as well, they don’t tell you where your car is, they just open the door and you have to go look for it yourself. We had a hard time looking for my car bc the panic button was not working.

I was served by an older Latin woman, with a very bad and rude attitude. He treated me badly, she threw the documents at me and it was very disrespectful. The place looks organized and beautiful. but people like her damage the status of a company. If she doesn't like her job she should quit and hire willing and nice people. I am an extremely respectful and polite person and I was disrespected by this lady who wears a jacket that says Staff

Staff here is very cold. Probably because they deal with unpleasant people since it’s a storage for impounded vehicles. Place where you’d rather not go but have to.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Walked in to see the lady on the desk ignoring us while on facebook on her phone looking for speedo pictures of her ex husband. Then you have the other lady vaping behind the desk. Makes an already unfortunate situation even worse. How rude.

My was toad there but the staff was nice and quick.
