I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kahanek Printing, Inc. We commissioned them to print tickets for an important event, and unfortunately, a critical error was made with the dates printed on the tickets. Despite multiple communications specifying the correct dates, the final product included an incorrect date, which did not align with our event schedule and wasn’t even a correct calendar date.
When we raised the issue, the response from Kahanek Printing, Inc. was far from professional. They denied responsibility, and it became clear there was no final proof sent to us for approval that included the incorrect date. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and their customer service was lacking in both responsibility and courtesy. The resolution offered was unsatisfactory—telling us to simply “destroy the invoice” instead of attempting to rectify the issue with professionalism.
I cannot recommend Kahanek Printing, Inc. based on this experience. Their handling of our order lacked the accuracy, customer care, and integrity we expected from a reputable service provider.

We use Kahanek for our custom invoices. Our company uses Quickbooks but we needed invoices that were able to be printed if needed or that we could also hand write. The invoices turned out perfect and the staff was very patient with us. This was years ago and we keep coming back each year. We recently also used Kahanek because we needed heavy duty stickers to go on the back of dump beds we manufacture, we asked not thinking this is even something they do but turns out they did and delivered without disappointment.

Amazing people and owner. They really care. Was about to have a nervous breakdown because I had failed to order raffle tickets in time for a Texas children's hospital benefit.
