They gossip a lot , they were discussing about me , never knw I had my google translator and was hearing wht they were saying, very unprofessional place, will never go or recommend to any one I knw.

I have been going to Kathy‘s nails since I was 17 and I am 44. It is a wonderful place to go if you want your nails done correctly at a reasonable price. Vivian, who is my nail stylist, is a fantastic person and has an amazing job. Before I had Vivian, I actually had her mother whose name was Annie who also did an amazing job. My mother also used to come to the shop until shortly before her death. We love this place and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I came to this place a couple of times for different services and I would only stick to gel polish. They can not shape and design at all.There are only two techs and only one does manicure and full sets. They are cheap but so is the quality of work??♀️You’re better off spending a little extra and getting a better experience elsewhere.

I had been going to this place for many years. And truly I admit that Kathy was on vacation and the girls did their best to accommodate my mother in a wheelchair. It took her about 2 hours to give my mom a standard mani pedi. My mother's left hand is paralyzed into a fist and she did a great job at finding something for my mother to grasp that was big enough for her to be able to paint her fingernails. At first she did not want to do it. I had to convince her that she was going to be fine. The other salons were able to accommodate my mother. I went to Dollar general and got a big bottle of bubbles for my mom to hang on to so the diameter would be wide enough but then Kathy's nails decided she had something better. The girl seemed pretty put out and seemed like she was in a hurry for us to leave. She didn't even file down the sharp edges on my mother's fingernails which Doug into her Palm since her fingers automatically go back into a fist as soon as they dry and she lets go of the bottle. We were still charged the entire $58 and I gave her a good tip for her trouble. I'm not sure if we will go back there again though. I filed down my mom's fingers yesterday after I saw that they were cutting into her Palm. I must admit I'm a little disappointed. I know I won't be taking my mom back there. And I will definitely wait till Kathy comes back from vacation before I go back over there.

I walked into place today (as a walk in) and the lady asked what service I would like. I told her take off and either shellac or powder she proceeded to say “oh sorry we’re not taking anyone we’re booked” it is only 12 pm ?! How are you already not taking appointments?! Never coming back here. Dont waste your time coming as a walk in.

I had an appointment at 5 pm and didn’t get serviced until 5:40 pm. Not the end of the world it happens BUT as a first time customer I would’ve expected a little more respect and professionalism on at least half the experience. I was asked what I wanted done when I first came in and I told the lady I wanted powder for my hands and regular polish on my feet. The skinny lady came by and then hands me colors for me to choose, while I waited for 40 minutes. Turns out the colors that she handed me were for gel!! Which meant that for 40 minutes I had the wrong colors. And finally when the lady was going to do my nails I had to quickly pick a color from the 100 powder colors that were in the basket. But the bad experience doesn’t end there - the lady only asked me if I wanted them longer as mine were short and I said no, which meant leave my nails the shape in which they are!!!!! This lady asked me no questions other than that and was so harsh with my nails and left an equal layer of powder underneath my nail. I’ve had powder done so many times before and this by far was the absolute worst place I have ever been to, zero professionalism. For $40 just for power only (no manicure) this is the worst place you could chose to go. Worst pain I’ve ever felt in my hands in my entire life. The lady doesn’t listen to anybody and has her AirPods in her ears during the entire experience. Save your money and go somewhere else, PLEASE!!! NEVER again would I come here. Visited for the first time ... went in for a "Deluxe" Pedicure, got talked into getting gel. It came out great, but all the steps that were supposed to be included in my pedicure didn't get done. I recieved the hot towel, the wax, but didn't recieve the mud mask. I asked if she did it.. and asked if she forgot. All I recieved for a response was the total. She was nice... but I feel that if I pay for a service, I should get the full service.

I went in to get my nails done. The staff was welcoming...they took precautions for covid..temp check....hand washing..etc. My nails were done beautifully. Allen did a wonderful job on my nails I am very happy! ?I will be back again.
