Been in the store dozens of times and have always been extremely happy with my purchases and the customer service that I've received. Today I had a different experience and it's still bothering me hours later. First let me mention that I've been running errands all day, it's cold outside so I was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt. The Fine Jewelry is located right inside the door. As soon as I walked in a young woman Meagan approached me, I explained I was looking for a birthday present for my niece. I saw a necklace that caught my eye in the case right by the door. She immediately asked me was I aware of the layout of the store and had I been in there before? I knew right away what she was getting at and I assured her yes I have, many times. She then went on to let me know that the jewelry on that side of the store started at $300. Again I already knew that. The cost at this point was not an issue for me. Eventually I ended up finding some bracelets for my niece. I picked out three bracelets and walked over to her and said I want to purchase these three bracelets. As she walked away she turned back to me and said you know these are three separate bracelets right? As if I was too stupid to know that I was going to have to pay for each of them. I was a bit taken aback and I just shook it off and went on and finished the transaction and left. Then I get home and find out that she added a donation to The Kendra Scott Foundation onto my bill without ever asking me if I agree to it. The kicker is it's only 4 cents. Of course no one cares about four cents. But I feel like she should have asked me. And had she asked me I probably would have donated a lot more than that. But the fact that you added money on to my bill without discussing it with me at all just added insult to injury to my whole experience. I still like Kendra Scott Jewelry and I will continue to probably purchase it, however I'll probably go to a different store and even if I go to the store I'll definitely never let this person wait on me again. I felt insulted and profiled because she judged my clothing and my appearance as if I couldn't afford to be in there. Girl your stuff isn't that expensive I buy jewelry a hell of a lot more expensive than this stuff.

My friend and I went into the store and there were mimosas and macarons available for guests. We were approached by a blonde middle aged woman who rudely asked us if we were purchasing any items as we were about to pour some mimosas. Not sure if she assumed that we were just going to drink and not purchase anything but we felt uncomfortable. We went in specifically to purchase some items and after that we decided to leave and buy online instead.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Noone greeted us. The young 30 year old Key Holder who claimed she was an assistant manager was condescending. There is no focus on taking care of the customer. None of the associates are following anystandard operating producites.ct

I didn’t get her name, but it was a blonde, middle aged lady. Mimosas were out for guests, and I asked if it was okay to get one. After I poured the champagne, she said I was only supposed to pour it half way. I wasn’t informed of how much I was allowed to pour, but I apologized and she was just being passive aggressive afterwards.

The blonde lady there was very rude and rushing us as we were shopping and drinking the mimosa the lady said we could have.

Love this location and shopping for a positive cause is a added bonus unexpectedly for suicide awareness! Love this cutie small store front boutique! Awesome customer service and researching if items are still available.

This KS location is located in the Heights Mercantile shopping complex and opened back in November 2021. I had no idea this location was here. I happened to be inside the loop for brunch and decided to find the nearest KS store so I could use my birthday month discount (50% off one item during your birthday month). There are entrances in the front and back of the store. It's located on the first floor in building 4, next to The Impeccable Pig. I parked in one of the small lots in the back. Parking is free, but the spaces are kind of small. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by two friendly employees. They offered me a beverage and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. This store is pretty small, but they still have a nice selection of items. As I was browsing, I spotted a stone that I liked. Lauren helped me and let me create some earrings at the Color Bar. One thing I like about creating a piece at the Color Bar in person, is that you can look at each individual stone. The stone that I chose is called Bronze Veined Turquoise Magnesite Red Oyster (it's a mouthful). I noticed some stones had more veining and more of the orange and red colors in it than others. Lauren kindly placed a few stones out along with gold and rose gold frames to compare colors. She told me it's a newer stone that they have right now. As Lauren was making my earrings, she told me that once she closes the clasps on the frame it is final sale. I did not know that! I can be indecisive so I'm glad she warned me lol. KS is big on philanthropy. They are currently spotlighting PFLAG which supports LGBTQ+ community and their families (very appropriate for Pride Month). I rounded up my total to the nearest dollar to donate, but they will also donate a percentage of sales to many organizations. I love that her company gives back!
