I didn't know KFC had pickled jalapenos, but the lady on the intercom recommended them. I tried them and loved them! They go so well with the chicken!

I ordered 10 pieces.They shortened me one piece.When I went back to get it.Person in charge did not apologize for it.He look like very young person that they put him in charge.His name is Kavin.He was keep going to back area rather than come to talk to me.He was not politeHe was rudeHe didn’t want to give some complimentary item for inconvenience.I talk him I had to leave my house to drive all the way there , he act like he didn’t care at all.He doesn’t know anything about customer service .I can not believe that someone made a decision to put him in charge.Because of these bad management decisions the ratings of the store is at 3.Very disappointing of the store and KFC company!!

The guy named Kevin is rude , unprofessional and ridiculous and ! I don't even know how he works in a place that you beed be polite, patient and welcoming towards customers ! They made a mistake in our order and Kevin was so rude that he didn't even apologize ! Never going to this place again ??

This place the customer service was awful! The employee did not speak English & I could not understand what she was saying. She was Chinese or Japanese. It’s not until an African American man came from around the back and spoke with me. Saying they don’t know the KFC app and they were only taking paper coupons. I sat down & figured the app out on my own for the BOGO SMASH BOWL. This place really do need to update their standards and replace their employees.

I went through drive thru for a 2pc chicken only. Drove around to pay because my total was not given beforehand. Found the customer service and presentation to be weak. The red head woman at the window didn't even greet me she just told me my total. No receipt was given. Then the food didn't have a liner in the box and I could've sworn a biscuit comes with a 2pc. It wasn't in the box. ??? needless to say I didn't have a good experience ?

I always place my orders online and/or on the app for 'quick pick up', allowing 15 minutes before placing my order and pick up time.- Order is never ready when I arrive at the restaurant- There's never a cashier working the register whether or not there's a line. Everybody seems to be working in the kitchen and the drive-thru lane.- Having ordered twice for pick up, both times I had to wait around 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready after I've arrived at the restaurant

So they incorrectly put in my order make it seem like it's my fault I tell the manager I want a refund and to pay for what I wanted and she goes uhhh I don't know how to refund. What a idiot KFC do better hiring competent managers it's not that hard.

The food is horrible, there is no one who eats it, the chicken is not cooked well and cold, I do not recommend that place, very bad quality.
