They have good Costumer Service they treat you kindly and with respect, first store that I have arrived to and be treated ?Parking: Plenty of parking spots specially if you're uber eats or Doordarsh you have your own spot for waiting on your orderWheelchair accessibility: Right side or left side two access for wheelchair ♿️

The food was delicious, hot, and good. I ordered the 2pc chicken combo with a side green beans and order of fries and a raspberry green tea. The entire experience was horrible that occurred on 6/16/2023.I voiced my complaint via the drive-thru then I drove up to the window as directed. For some reason, the women at the window already had a motive or hidden agenda regarding the 2.99 special. I had ordered the night prior and couldn't even digest the food because it was so bad. Spoiled meaning. The cashier then ripped my receipt after I asked for it back indicating that it was hers. And gave me a torn bag. I came back to be compensated for the poor food I was given the night prior not to collect 2.99 chicken like a leprechaun. My salary speaks for itself. The customer service was deplorable and trifling. I've already filed a complaint. However, I want to forewarn those to proceed with caution and try not to be a bother because they will treat you horribly.

The restaurant locked the doors before 8pm and made me go to the drive thru on a Friday evening I guess security is a big issue here. The Original Chicken tasted good but the rest of the food not so much. I got a 2 & a 3 piece that cost over $20. I will not be in a hurry to come back.

The WORST customer service. Victor is very DECEITFUL. I DID NOT get what I paid for. I went thru the drive thru. The employee Victor did a POOR JOB. Food is NEVER HOT AND FRESH! ORDERS ARE ALWAYS INCORRECT AND MISSING ITEMS that the customers paid for. ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT! And, where is the manager? They NEVER HAVE chicken breasts or wings.
