After years of hesitation, I feel it’s time to share my experience. As an employee of a business located next to this daycare, I cannot in good conscience recommend it. On a daily basis, I have heard children crying for extended periods, often sounding distressed and seemingly ignored.
One particular incident stands out vividly in my memory: I witnessed a teacher yelling at a young child and physically handling them in an aggressive manner by twisting the child’s arm. This behavior was deeply troubling and unacceptable. This happened outside of the daycare where I was able to witness it .
Given what I have consistently observed over the past five years working near this facility including frequent yelling and what appears to be mistreatment I am currently in the process of filing a formal report with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). In my opinion, this daycare has gone far too long without being properly reviewed by the appropriate authorities.
Additionally, after reading many of the positive reviews online, I question their authenticity. I want to make it clear that my review is based on direct, long-term observation and is not fabricated in any way. I welcome any verification of my claims, as I have witnessed these concerning behaviors firsthand.
I urge parents to carefully consider their options when choosing a daycare. Based on what I have observed, I would not recommend this facility to any parent who values a safe, nurturing environment for their child. I challenge the owner to reply back with a “ sorry but we have no record of you “ as that seems to be their reply to all negative reviews . PS . This daycare asks people to post fake reviews for their benefit . Please don’t trust the positive reviews .

Never thought that I would experience this in this daycare . I feel the public should know what I experienced. My son had been coming here for almost 2 years. Teachers were very nice and friendly when I would come on a daily basis. On July the 25th I saw when a teacher spanked one of the children. She was shoving a teether up the child’s mouth that the child couldn’t breathe . She did not know I was behind her watching the kids. She made the little girl cry so hard . When she got up she saw me and was soooo nervous . Took my son out of That daycare the same day! The teachers there just seem so fake and smile in your face but once u step out mistreat your child. Several times I was in there kids where getting yelled at and being mistreated.please do your research. Prices are reasonable but I wouldn't put a price on my childs care .! Oh ok owner love your response ***try searching you records again nice reply . Anyone have questions look me up on ig Erika_ljd87 . And trust me I will respond any questions & prove this is not a fake review . Trying insinuate I’m a fake review. It’s funny that the bad reviews get a “ i did not find your name in our records” people pls pls do your research !! If the administration is a man , that’s not new management or his wife . So just FYI . Ask me all the info you need on ig. And owner no thank you not interested in talking to you to remove this truthful review. Blowing up my phone to remove this review .The damage is done for not hiring proper staff. Also check the reviews , they seem to be fake reviews . Just FYI.

I can work peacefully knowing my son is in a safe, comfortable, and happy place. I highly recommend this school. The teachers are child-friendly, and the children love them. The pick-up service is super safe.

My baby attended this daycare and it was without a doubt the best thing that ever happened to me. The unconditional support from the owners was very valuable to us, especially because I was starting my business and they accommodated my schedule. My little one learned a lot with them and always wanted to go play with his friends. His teachers were always attentive and sent me photos of their daily activities. I didn't trust anyone to leave my baby with, but they are definitely trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I take my 3 children to this daycare for almost 3 years and I love everything about the care. They provide best care to all my children . The staff is very caring especially the infant teacher who cares for my baby and the After school teacher who keeps them engaged all the time. Thank you Kinderworld for pouring so much love and teaching to my children.

I really Don’t know where to start! First, I want to thanks all the Staff for your patience, dedication and commitment for our kids! My kids been coming to this daycare since 5 years! Yes 5 years and i can’t complain whatsoever about this facility they are the most loving people. They take care of my kids like their own, Ms. Heiffa she’s the sweetest person I ever met. The rooms are always clean. The other reason why I love is that you can celebrate your kids birthdays for free😍

I never write any reviews on anything, but this time I will because I am very satisfied with this place. First, the owner is always attentive that the parents are happy with the care of the children and is always aware that the children have what they need. I never trusted daycare centers but I had to try because my daughter is premature and did not speak now she is speaking more words, she eats food because she did not want to eat, she plays with other children. At first she cried but it is normal her teacher always made sure to comfort her. My mother decided to enroll my nephew and he also did not speak much and now he is talking a lot more and we are very happy to have chosen Kinderworld. I recommend it for your child.

My daughter have learned a lot from this daycare and my she is so happy being there. This daycare is the best daycare in the area!. she is learning a lot of things ,and She help on everything she start going to the restroom by herself. This is a good place for your child if you want to give him a good education and teach them many things and above all respect and learn to be friendly and kind. And she have a lot of fun. They have birthday parties. They have parties for the kids. They have a lot of celebrations so they can have a lot of fun. they have a small garden with plants. they showed respect to the for the kids.

This daycare is Amazinggg compared to other daycares I have seen!! The love, care, education, convenience for busy parents (where they provide a drop off and pick up), the nutritional food they provide, the activities, education...and so much more. So grateful to find this daycare!!

This is the first time our toddler is attending daycare and we are blessed to find Kinderworld Academy. The staffs are awesome specially our son’s first teacher Ms. Vesma. She is very caring and understanding during the first months and now our son is always excited to see his friends and his teachers. He is having so much fun and learning a lot. Thank you Kinderworld Academy for taking good care of our son! ?

My two girls, 2 and 3 years old absolutely loves going to Kinderworld Academy! The communication is great, and there is so much love and care from the director Ms. Hayfa and the teachers. Great curriculum, they arrange visits from the dentist, firefighters etc., do plant school, science classes, parent reading circles and school parties/events during Christmas, Easter etc. Highly recommended!

Kinderworld Academy has been such a blessing for me and my son! The director Mrs.Butt is amazing and her staff really care about our children. At this academy my son has experienced a wealth of learning . He can count to 50 he knows his letter sounds alphabets and how to write his name ! At this academy there is also a plethora of activities for our children such as dentist coming to show our children how to brush, water day, parties for each holiday, learning how to grow plants and build social skills, volunteer reading from parents and most importantly you can really tell that the staff cares . When my son is absent his teachers make sure to check on him and that really means a lot that my son isn’t just a number but a part of a daycare that truly cares about his well being !

The love , care , attention & affection is beyond me . I literally live in Katy & Drive 1hr to drop him off & 1hr to pick him up . I tried another daycare in Katy and it was a bad mistake . The drive is definitely worth it . My son been in this daycare since hes 4 months old hes currently 18months . He loves hes teachers and friends very much . My heart is at peace knowing hes in good loving hands everyday .
