Horrible service do not go over there. They charged me $30 for a tire balance just for them to tell me after oh it’s not gonna work since the wheels are crooked, they proceeded to still charge me. The guy at the counter then said their system was down and I was like can I get a receipt because I need one he’s like I can’t make you one. I was like can you write one manually??? This what he gave me. Do not recommend

Had the wheel I needed and even had the tire that I needed too, and installed/balanced all at the same shop, friendly people too, shout out to the guy at the counter for being nice and approach able.

Bad attention, the person who was there at that time was not attentive when I arrived, it was 9:24 am on 10/24/23, I went into the office to look for help and no one was there, I came out and the only person was the one who was putting the tires were outside and he looked at me but he didn't seem to care, I approached him and asked him for help with the tire that had a nail and he said that he couldn't repair it because it was in a place that wasn't convenient, that it couldn't be fixed (I went to look for help elsewhere and they kindly did the job❤️) I would not return to king tire& wells#1

This place is really something else. Whoever is repair cracked rims is not certified. I took it there for rim repair four times. First two was a new crack. The third time was a crack that was already repaired and they said it was not not their fault. Not very good customer service. Then they made me pay to fix the weld they were supposed to fix right the first time. Now I have ever crack on each weld the fixed for the leak on the rim don’t believe they should fix like who does that. I have a has other rim repair and never has a fixed r crack again where it was fixed.?

These guys are fairly clueless when it comes to tires. My mechanic sent my truck to them for 4 new tires, rotate front to outside back and to put the best of the old four on my spare. They didn't do the rotation as requested (I marked the tires) but charged for it so I had to bring the truck to them to have it done. They told my mechanic the existing spare was "brand new" and much better than any of the old four they pulled off. Luckily, they threw the "old" tire (2020) in the back. When I checked the spare at home, it was flat so I pulled it off. It is a seven year old tire from the date code (2016) and dry rotted. They don't even bother to thump the spare, much less inspect it and check pressure.

Stay away and be careful before you decide to visit this place , the manger is show you something and once you got the deal and pay them he put something else, i paid 2100 to got new rims with 4 used tires and next day they call me and they inform me that the truck is ready and i went over there and guess what ?? the rims is different from the one that should i pay for and the four tires each one different brand and different size, and the manger how wearing glass refused to replace the tires and the rims and he refused to refund my money back and i call the cop on them and am going to sue them
