According to your website, Kingwood Tire and Auto operates business with honesty and integrity; to those you should add accountability and excellence. I moved to Tx recently from NC; my only regret in moving here is not having my mechanic from NC who operates with honesty, integrity, accountability and excellence. Kingwood Tire and Auto replaced my A/C compressor on August 21st 2024; I was happy with the repairs until I decided to take a trip to The Woodlands Mall two days afterwards. While driving there, I noticed my vehicle beginning to overheat. I pulled over and discovered the hose between my radiator and the coolant reservoir was not connected. Unfortunately, Kingwood forgot to reconnect it. Thankfully, I had a case of water in the trunk of my car from Hurricane Beryl; I reconnected the hose and refilled my radiator with water. Kingwood Tire and Auto sent me three follow-up messages to confirm my satisfaction with their service. I informed them of my dissatisfaction. The 3rd and final message was sent by Justin, operations manager, to find out when I would be available to “discuss” the matter. I informed him of my availability, I haven’t received a call, text or email to “discuss” this matter. In essence, Kingwood Tire and Auto doesn’t have to worry about me crossing their threshold again. Their biggest mistake was not being accountable after making the mistake. We all make mistakes; however, honesty, integrity, excellence and accountability are all key components in ensuring a positive customer experience, even when mistake(s) are made.

Kingwood Tire and Automotive provides unparalleled customer service! We had a car with a dead battery. Mark walked me through how to jump my car and while I got the car started and over to the shop, he had a new battery ordered and ready to install! I showed up and the battery was installed in no time. This happened all in advance of an upcoming hurricane. I sure do appreciate their quick action and reasonable prices! Thanks again for the great service. I will be bringing my cars back for future repairs!

This crew is amazing! I had my engine overheat at midnight on Friday driving home from the airport and had to leave on the side of the road. On Saturday they were the only shop open and they squeezed me in and were able to address the issues and get me back on the road by 1pm same day. Awesome service and now have a loyal customer! Thank you!

Got an oil change and they did it in a timely manner. Excellent service and they were polite and friendly. The place is clean, enjoyable waiting room and great staff!

Arrived on time for 10AM and was promptly greeted and logged in. Gave my keys and relaxed with a good up of coffee and a snack in a comfortable chair and internet access. Noticed car was taken in quickly and technician started immediately Service was done quickly .Very happy with service and friendly facilities. Would recommend to anyone needing oil change or inspection service.

Great customer service from Mr. Anthony, he's a one man show at the front desk. I don’t know how he keeps up with everything! For the amount of work they have, my appointment time was efficient, and they have free wifi, snacks, and water/coffee. I recommend Kingwood Tire and Automotive Service.
