Poor customer service ... arrived at 650 with an item that needed returned and was turned away ... being told the computers were on a timer and already shut down ... I have regularly shopped in this location BUT never again.
I sat in the parking lot and watched several customers come out with their purchases ... also watched them turn another customer away, I'm guessing with the same "story."

I really don’t care for Kirklands as I use to especially this location, I stroll in here just to look at the wall art and 1 candle that I love, never greeted when I walk in “others are” but whatever, that’s “their” problem

My coworker recommended I check it out since I love Christmas so much. Saying that it's glorious, amazing, etc...unfortunately I was underwhelmed. There just wasn't much in this location (or maybe I'm too early for true Christmas to be stocked) And the employee that approached me was in a t-shirt and leggings, which I just feel was a weird choice. I didn't know if she was an employee or just someone in the store talking to me. Maybe I'll come back another time when there's more selection.
