Drop n hook is 24/7 here. I'm an overnight driver so I checked the hours on Google but I think those hours are for the warehouse workers or when shipping and receiving office opens. Guard shack lady was the most pleasant experience I ever had checking in and out. The lot has some tight turns so swing wide when necessary. I can see it getting a bit hectic and hard to maneuver during the day especially when you have a lot of trucks trying to enter and leave at the same time but since it was the middle of the night it was quick and easy for me. Only thing to pay extra attention to is the drop n hook lot spots are on your blindside but you do have enough space to uturn. Sometimes they drop trailers on the curb which can make getting into some spots very difficult.

We have been ordering a lot of boxes from KCD, and they have been consistent and reliable. Parts are being delivered promptly, damage free and without any missing parts. Would recommend.

I own a small kitchen & bath design remodeling company. We use KCD for a lot of our entry level price point. We are happy with the customer service of any questions on understanding the product or talking through modifications. The turn around time is great, but the damages aren't so great. Some do arrived damaged, but KCD is great about sending out replacements immediately.

This is one of the few distributors that my rep, David Peden, actually reaches out & knows the needs of our business. The quality of cabinet is spectacular and the Cooking Center exclusive to KCD is a huge hit in our showroom. The 'builder series' has been of interest to our high-volume builders so we are thankful to have that line in both grey & white. Also, having the choice of slab ~or~ shaker drawer fronts on the Shaker White cabinet has been just what my customers are looking for.
