Only giving 3 stars because the manager made the effort to find my returns. I mixed up 2 of my returns. Realized when i got to my car. I didnt make in other stops just straight to my car . I immediately went back in when i left it was only 2 peoole behind me . I asked the worker could he get my returns. He said no he doesnt know where they are at and he already helped 8 people since i left . How slow he is its impossible to help 8 people in 3 mins i was litterally gone 3 mins tops. And there was only 2 people behind me when i left . I aksed forbthe manager and he weny through the boxes . The employee lookes through one box with one hand putting in no effort claiming my items wasnt in the box ! The manger looked through all the boxes just for the items to be in the first box the lazy worker looked through and said it wasnt in and the 2nd item was in a box he claimed he didn’t put anything in .Thank you manager!

I returned a shirt . Was fast and easy. They usually have 1 or 2 cashiers. If there real busy the customer service desk will help check out as well.

My experience at Kohl’s Stepplechase was horrible today. Cashier rung up purchase handed me back my torn coupon and said it was not eligible for my purchase because it was not a Kohl’s shirt. Then proceeded to ask if I still wanted it. I told her yes that I why I came to Kohl’s. I was never asked if I had a reward membership. I told her I was a member and my phone was not on my purchase. She said go to customer service to take care of that she can’t do it. Her attitude could have been a lot better. She could have asked if I was a member and I would have said I was instead of expecting me to tell her. Really ruined my day. I then proceeded to customer service to have my item refunded to include my phone number. My day could have ended a lot better with great customer service. For instance informing me that the shirt I was purchasing was not a Kohl’s brand and coupon does not apply feel free to come back and use another time. Reminder to enter your reward number. Thanks and have a great day.Not to much to ask.

I had an utterly frustrating experience with Sephora's customer service. Their support is an absolute disaster. When I reached out for help with an order issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The representatives seemed uninterested in solving my problem and were extremely slow to respond. It's clear they lack any real customer service training or basic courtesy. I regret ever shopping here and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Also a middle age man that worked in the Khols department (maybe a manager of some sort) was extremely rude to a younger lady that was shopping! Save yourself the trouble and avoid This Sephora location.

I like Kohl's in general but they should not advertise that they have Maternity clothes. We went to find something for my daughter and they had 7 pairs of pants (not of the same style. 7 pants period), 10 tops and 2 dresses. Either do or don't.

Racks were rather untidy. Price rang up higher than what was on the tag and they would not honor the tag price because when scanned it was a different price. Very bizarre.

Please be aware this store is doing ALOT of false price advertising which is ILLEGAL and I have taken all documentation to prove it. Definitely will be reporting to the attorney general’s office. A million dollar company should not be stealing from loyal customers. Please if you see it please report and write a review.
