When we went the customer service was good but not the prices at all I had seen a dress that was very similar to one I seen previously if not the same tbh & they were selling it for basically $100 more. That’s crazy you can get more affordable baptism dresses on harwin stores, look around you’ll definitely find some

They are terrible. They lie and they make up rules to benefit them. There are two other places that I highly recommend in the same mall.

This was probably the worst experience. I got my bank involved. Just terrible business. There are two other places in this mall that I highly recommend.

Bought a dress for my 5 year old to wear for her birthday party and in less than 30 min of my daughter wearing the dress it ripped and the strap came off!!! good thing we were able to fix it but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place especially when we paid $140 I have bought dresses on harwin for same price but much better quality. Do not recommend

Very good prices, I recommend them, excellent customer service and a lot of variety. I bought a communion dress for my granddaughter and it looked beautiful on her. Excellent, very easy-going people, they have quite a variety.

I have been shopping in that store for a long time. Excellent service, very good treatment and prices accessible to everyone, I love going there because they always have a variety of dresses, my daughter is always satisfied and happy with everything I have bought for her there.

Very good treatment, they always have a variety of affordable prices available to everyone. I bought my child's communion suit and it looked very good on him. They are also very beautiful, there is a lot of variety to choose from, very good customer service.

I have been shopping at Kositas Magicas for years and they always have excellent service and the prices are affordable and I have bought baptisms and dresses for my girl and always have a variety of them.
