came to kroger for some flowers as we are celebrating international women's day. i haven't been to this kroger in ages and for the first time in a very long time i decided to go to this location. as i purchase my flowers in a water cubby container as the sign follows "container included" the lady with the beard kept giving a hard time because she didn't let us walk out with a plastic container with water and wanted us to walk out with a leaky hand full of flowers. Josh the floor supervisor was very understanding and tried to calm the situation down and insisted we took it as the sign states the container is included and out of respect didn't want us to walk out with leaking flowers. she didn't even want to walk over to respect my claim that the sign stated we could take the container she made josh the floor supervisor try and back her up when she knew she was wrong. moral of the story do not come to this kroger unless you want a mad lady to not respect customer loyalty and the laziness is crazy.

I've never encountered such rudeness from a store manager! My pickup order was scheduled from 6pm to 7pm, but when my sister went to collect it, there was an issue with the app. She called the store, but no one answered. Frustrated, she had to leave because of her schedule. I rushed to the store and arrived at 7:57pm, used my last power steering fluid to get there, and tried the app, but it gave an error. I waited, thinking pickup closed at 9pm, but then it said I had to pick up tomorrow by 7pm or it would be canceled. I called the store but was put on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, he brushed off my issue, and another employee treated me like a liar, refusing to investigate. I even showed them my phone to prove my point. They were unhelpful and frustrating. As I left, I vented to my wife on the phone, calling the supervisor "stupid." He then yelled at me for talking to him that way, even though I was on the phone and not addressing him. This store manager's behavior is simply outrageous! To make matters even worse, today they called me multiple times, seemingly just to taunt me. They claimed they closed at 7:45pm and insinuated that if I were to arrive at 7:50pm, I wouldn't receive my groceries. It was as if they were deliberately trying to provoke me. What's more, throughout my entire in-person confrontation with the supervisor, I was on the phone with my wife, and the entire altercation and conversation are recorded. This store's behavior is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable.

We ordered a Chocolate Birthday cake for my 3 year old kid online a month in advance. Went to the store the day before my daughter's birthday for the schedule pick-up and come to find out the ordered online with a Confirmation email was NOT received. So we had to order it again, this time in person to be picked up the next day 11a.m on the day of my daughter's birthday. We were happy we had the cake, but then changed our mood into sad and angry mood. Because when we start slicing the cake int turn out to be a White cake, not the Chocolate cake that we ordered. Emailed the Kroger customer service department. I sent them the Account Card number, Order Form, Receipt and the Cakes Pictures as requested, but no response from them after that. So I'm giving them this star only. Very disappointing.

i like the produce area which also is usually at a lower price than other grocery stores. It is an added bonus to received points that customers can accumulate to get discounts on fuel. the highest fuel points I earned and earned me $0.40 off of fuel per gallon which is a large savings

It's Sunday afternoon and there's only 2-3 full service checkout lines open- seriously??? I waited about 20 minutes in line because the man in front of me had to exchange some tomatoes- really? Then when it's my turn, miss check out person says absolutely nothing to me, but she greets and thanks the person in front of me and behind me. The only reason I go here is because it's close to my house and I like the parking. I will NEVER use the full service checkout again, IF I decide to return here. I guess they're trying to get more people to use the self-checkouts since they have them at both entrances. Some of the employees need training on professionalism- I could hear some of them asking each other questions back and forth across the store for everyone to hear. I come here for the essentials when I'm going to cook something that day and I need a few key ingredients. They have a good selection of seasonings and spices.

Bro, we come to this Kroger all the time. My mom bought some milk from here recently and it expired on April 6th. Today is April 3rd and the milk had gone bad. 2 gallons of it. Now, my mom has the habit of throwing her receipts away. Of course, that's her problem but we were standing in the customer service line and when we got to the counter, we told them what happened and we were told to stand to the side cause they were going call someone. We were there for 20-30 minutes just for the manager to not care and tell us that they weren't issuing refunds or exchanges. My mom's legs were hurting and we are mad. Don't recommend this Kroger. Never Again.

On Nov. 13th I ordered 75 pcs. of freshly fried chicken for a wake that would take place at noon on Nov. 16th. Three days for Kroger Deli to prepare. I was assured that I would be able to pick up the order at noon. I went by on Nov. 14th to confirm the order with the same deli person. Absolutely, it will be ready, I was again told. At 8am on Nov. 16th, I again stopped in on the way to the funeral to confirm order would be ready. Same person assured me, no problem! At 11:45am on Nov. 16th I stopped to pick up the order. Deli person said she forgot and it was not ready. She did have a few previously fried pieces cooked for regular traffic that I could have and the rest would be ready in 30 or so min. 40 people were waiting to eat NOW! I sent a letter of complaint to the store manager and after nearly a month, no response. I definitely asked for a reply. The wake happened anyway. Kroger got their money, and life goes on. This particular store will continue to go out of business. That is why after 9pm every night, everything is automated. No one person has authority and only store security is there to keep the public from not walking out with everything in the place. HEB is still the better choice. For Kroger to portray itself as a neighborhood fixture is ludicrous. They are a "stuff" warehouse, with no coherent representation anywhere. The manager is a bookkeeper. Oh, and the deli person I spoke to on numerous occasions reply to my failed order readiness? "That's what happens when you don't get enough sleep!" And this self-deprecating meat handler wants a raise? Adios Kroger, enjoy going down the tubes.

Torn between how to rate this location. Pharmacy - I can give that 4 stars by all means. The staff has never really been an issue, but every once in a while I get someone crude. But 90% of the time the people working see the prescriptions my children need and tend to them in a reasonable time frame. Grocery - here is my true issue, the staff are completely rude. I've chosen to no longer shop here. If you get there after 8, they only have self scan open. That's annoying considering the line goes down the center of the store. I also take issue with the attitudes. I went to purchase drinks for a party and the register wouldn't ring them up. It completely slipped my mind the time of day and the day of the week, so the cashier asks the supervisor. Instead of tell me the supervisor, in a most ghetto manner, gets in the speaker and shouts that "she" cannot sell alcohol at that time on a Sunday. I mean, seriously, lol! Wal Mart is down the road and you can get similar treatment with a fairer price!
