This evening was busier than usual. An employee (might have been the shift supervisor), opened a lane to check me out in order to help the other registers with the crowd. I admire how the cashier, possibly supervisor, kept her cool checking me out with my full cart while also being interrupted by other cashiers asking her questions and requesting bill changes. The entire time she continued to move through the items while addressing each employee respectfully. Thank you Sandra for your great work! (5pm 5/17/23)

seafood department is horrible. I bought 100 dollars worth of seafood which was wrapped up in the back and upon opening at home I discovered the rotten seafood. Not fresh and not cared about for it to be sitting on display!

This grocery store is the neighborhood store for the community. My family and I go to Kroger here and we've never had a bad experience. We've used the customer services desk, produce and products were perfectly fine. Everything is always nice and clean.

Sent me daughter to pick up my groceries since I have tested positive for Covid. I checked in on the app at 3:45. And they never came to the car or even acknowledge we were there. I called customer service which transferred me to a different department and the phone rang till it finally was picked up and placed on hold. This is not the 1st time I have had incidents with this Kroger's there has been others this is just the last straw! This will be the last time I will shop at this Kroger's if this is how they care for their customers. I can take my business to H‑E‑B.

I am officially done shopping there, their produce is literally trash. I've boughten avocados there and opened them up, and literally rotten & also garlic exactly the same result.

This location has spent a lot of money and time improving the inside and adding lighting on the outside however they lack in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wednesday 2/3/21 at 6:10 pm I go in and pickup about 20 items. When I get to the front to pay only 2 registers open and the self checkout lane which has their lanes halfway down the food isles. Ridiculous! Oh and I went to their meat department that had a sign that states OPEN UNTIL 8 PM and they were already closed with lights off and seafood sitting in their cooler. So disappointed in the management of this location. I actually left my basket of items at the front because I refuse to wait 30 minutes to check out. Oh and two other disturbing things. They closed down their second entry exit door forcing guest to be on top of each other at their one door. So much for social distancing! Also the security is a joke! Never will I waste my time o spend my money at this location.

Placed an order through click list last night. Waited over an hr for them to tell me my order had to be cancelled because the system failed. The “manager” asked if I could go back in the morning and assured me the order would be ready. I said no problem, I’ll be here at noon. So today I called to double check everything was in order for me to pick up and the gentleman said yes the order is ready. I show up and let them know I arrived and they said the order had been cancelled

I usually wouldn't leave a bad review unless I was really irritated, but today the deli employees pissed me off. The lady was helping a customer in front of me, she saw me standing there, we locked eyes. As soon as she finished with the customer in front of me, she just walked off without a word and started having a conversation with a co-worker! Usually, it's the pharmacy that's completely incompetent and dreadful to deal with: "Your prescription will be ready in an hour!" Call back two hours later and hear "We haven't gotten to it yet." Go back two days later and they say "We put it back because you never came to pick it up." None of that even mentions how terrible the neighborhood is or how lazy the security in the parking lot is. I highly recommend driving to Summerwood, it's what I've been resorting to lately (aside from today!)

This Kroger's pharmacy is unreliable. Medications are not filled in a proper time frame. One medication was on back order and i was never called to be notified until i picked it up, mind you this is a seizure medication that is required to be given on time everyday.
