I stopped there yesterday for gas on the way to a funeral service. Had trouble with both of my cards at the pump which I've had that trouble before so fine, I go inside. There was a guy working there but he was busy heating up his breakfast hot dogs. He didn't have the common customer service sense to say someone will be with you in a second or good morning, he actually never acknowledged me other than looking at me standing at the register. No one ever came to the register or acknowledge that I was waiting. Needless to say after a few minutes I just walked out. I work in customer service. Someone should definitely address this with whomever was working on 1/7/2020 at around 9:15 am. I won't be going back here. I'll stick with my Jones road kroger where people actually do their jobs.

Scary at times I have had my share of vagrants and panhandlers approach me here stay alert and be aware of your surroundings conceal your personal belongings and lock car. I only go here because they have a type of fuel I want and use my points. Security should patrol this area of parking lot.

Easy to get into the fuel pumps right on the corner of 1960 and Eldredge. Hardly ever have to wait. And inside the store is clean with a wide selection of merchandise.

Hold lady working there doesn't understand the meaning 24 hours . I wonder if Kroger knows she closes early??

This morning l came here and refuel gas.i gave her(old lady) $13.00 cash and said 13 on four. But I only get $12.00refuel. I count it twice before I gave her so I went back n tell her she insist I gave her 12. ???????
