Absolutely thankful for the great care and kindness from the staff from the pharmacy. A very special thanks to Nayhema and Kim for always helping me and for their patience. Hats off to Veronica for being so efficient ,first class and caring. She answers the phone quickly never makes you wait gets your prescriptions quickly with nothing but kindness in her voice. I just transferred all my prescriptions to her from neighboring pharmacies where they answer the phone put you on hold then hang up on you. She should definitely be recognized.

This place is filthy and gross, like many of the .customers. Thankfully, there is an HEB nearby. Clean, better produce, intelligent smiling helpful employees, and better prices. Night and day. i Have now transferred all of my prescriptions to HEB. There is an Amazonian monster who heads the pharmacy and she is a royal nightmare. Some name I can't even pronounce. Bible-thumping b****.

I've been using this pharmacy for 10 years. In the last year the service has declined considerably. They take hours to fill basic prescriptions. Today I'm trying to get medicine before catching a flight. The prescription was called in this morning morning and not filled until 1 PM. Of course when I get here at 1:05, they are closed for lunch break. I will be using a different pharmacy that is more dependable moving forward.

Never use the pick up here. I've waited more than 30 minutes multiple times. I won't be using this Kroger ever in the future.

I really needed to pick up my RX. I was only a minute late and a guy named Sydin didn't want to help me.He was hiding in the back. Too lazy to help me. No compassion. He didn't want to come close to the front. This just shows his bad customer service. He didn't give a care.

Preface - This Kroger location has a small bar in the middle of the store. My issue is really just with the bartender that was working the evening of 5/8/23. Granted, we walked up to the bar ~5 min before the 8pm "closing." The bartender let us look at the drink menu, scan the drink board, everything--before telling us they closed in 2 minutes, she had already cleaned up, and she had counted her register. Pretty subpar customer service. The bar closes at 8, we were there ordering before 8. Seems like an easy call to just let us buy a couple of drinks while we walk the store.

Poor management. Doesn’t state midday close. Went to get medicine for my daughter who just came from the hospital at 1:02 and she kept telling me they close for lunch abruptly. Not listed on here that it closes for lunch and I’m not sure why the whole pharmacy has to close when there’s multiple people staffed there. I guess no one wants to eat lunch alone?

The staff here is attentive, friendly and smiley. From the check out people to the lady security guard. Thank you for what you do! It is a big Kroger too! Bigger is always better!
