Very upset with my experience. I’ve been going here for years with no problem, and then recently had an issue getting a prescription filled for five days. They gave me various unclear stories about delays and then blamed me. Be aware this pharmacy does not fill prescriptions on time even when approved by the doctor.

The pharmacy staff has always been wonderful. I question Kroger's practice of filling a 3 month script 1 month at a time. It's a disservice to customers to make them pay a co-pay each month vs. 1 copay every 3 months.

The bakery is really good here! I just gotten a cake here recently and it was really fresh.I never had a cake that fresh and moist.It was ready on time.This bakery has good service.

On Wednesday, October 4th at around 7:50 pm, my husband and I went to the Krogers located at Beltway 8 and Hwy. 45 to get some groceries. When we arrived, we noticed a lot of customers shopping as well. We grabbed our items and headed to the registers. When we got there, we noticed that they only had one register opened and one self-checking area opened. We went into the line of the register. Both the self-checking area and the register we were standing at had long lines. There were 2 other shoppers in front of us. The lady, named Hillary, was having trouble standing and had to use her walker to sit down as she checked out the items. She was alone at the register at that time. There was another girl whose name was Victoria who was working the self-check out area. She broke away and went to the register to help Hillary by bagging the items. During this entire time, there was an employee in a brown shirt who noticed Hillary having trouble, but instead of helping her in bagging the customers groceries, he just collected carts and walked away. At that time, the customer asked Hillary a question, but Hillary informed her that she wasn't sure because she was from another store and was helping out. After waiting in line for close to 30 minutes, we were next to get checked out. Hillary then told Victoria that she needed to use the ladies restroom and if she could cover. Victoria gladly help. I asked her if she could tell me the managers name. She stated it was Pedro. We waited to get checked out so that the other customers didn't have to wait. As we started to exit, my husband asked to speak with Pedro, the store manager. He was informed that he was unavailable at that time. We then exited the store. I would like to show our appreciation to Hillary and Victoria for their help and their teamwork in getting the job done and providing service to the customers. There was another young man, whose name I didn't get, who covered for Victoria while she worked the cash register. I cannot understand why the other employee who was collecting the carts could not have stepped up and help. Especially after seeing that she was having trouble. It's really sad to see employees treated so disrespectfully by their co-workers. They should have the support of all their members, especially from the management. Because these people are the foundation of business's like this. It's bad enough that they get treated bad by frustrated customers, but to get no support from their co-workers is inexcusable.

I went to Kroger's to make a money order and when I approach the service desk ,I think his name was Antonio. he asked how much, I said the amount and then he told me what bank I had and I told him boa. He then proceeded to tell me why I didn't go to my bank and make one there instead of coming here and he made annoying face. Which I thought it was little odd because it shouldn't matter and none of his concern. He then tried to force it on me to bank with them after I told him no thank you.it was uncomfortable. Also , when I walked in the entrance there a security guard who was at the stand , pointing his camera at me as I was walking through which also made uncomfortable.

This Kroger is so cool because there's an associate named Axel and he's a the best he helped me with my groceries and his customer service was fantastic PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE HE WILL HELP YOU RIGHT

VERY Disappointed in customer Service. On Sunday, November 27,2022. I was in the checkout line maybe 2 to 3 minuets after 5:00pm not knowing their close time and the assistant was checking out another customer but refuse to allow me to get my prescription. The pharmacist validated her refusal and walked off as if come back if you want it. I know they are salary and it is not their business which was evident by their behavior and I also know that the older guy who originally was there or Anthony would not have been so rude, uncaring and without empathy for a patient needing their prescription that the doctor prescribed. A (0) zero is what the assistant and pharmacist desired.

The holiday hours CLEARLY states that the store closes at 9pm on Christmas Eve. I got there at 8:15 & the security is at the door telling people the store is closed & not letting anyone in. A man asked to speak to the manager & she chose to be rude about the entire situation and slam the door in his face. I understand employees trying to get home due to the holidays but don't say the store closes at one time & then close it earlier because it is a huge inconvenience & a waste of gas.

I have shopped here for 20 years. It is a very busy store. It has had its ups and downs. I like the store. Have always had good experiences with the management. Recently, it is getting better. Good selection of produce, fresh and variety. Deli is just right for family needs. Meat department has good fresh and packaged meats. Bakery needs a little help but I am patient there. Even has a convenient Starbucks. Store is crowded sometimes but in addition to the common checkouts there is ten self checkout stations in with helpful employees always present. This Kroger and the Blackhawk HEB are the my favorite. You can't go wrong with either store. I will say that at both stores PARKING IS AGONY!! But I love 'em

do not come to this location if you need to use wic. last month they had all the products in the wrong place so when i went to check out somethings were covered but the cashier had no patience, immediately cancels the whole transaction and tells me to figure out what wasn't covered. i explain to her i do not know considering everything was clearly in the wrong spot she refuses to start over or figure it out so she calls the manager lupe to help (very helpful man) then this month i go and i make sure i check every item and it's covered before i go to the register, i also grab a bag of pads for 7.99 and a box of tampons for 7.99 i go to the register and my total is $32 which is off because it should be $16-$17. i look at my receipt and it shows it did redeem all 32 items of the baby food, all 5 cans of similac and all 3 of the baby oatmeal. once again the same cashier has no patience and calls sandra to help she looks it over and can't see the problem she cancels everything and rescans the wic Separate but the total was still coming out to $15 and some change at this point they call over the manager Alex, Alex then counts all the baby food and says I have 39 items and that's why I have a total. at this point I'm frustrated and say I will just pay for it because I assume I over counted but when I received my receipt it showed that I only had 32 items and we covered all 32 items so therefore there was something else going on in the system and they needed to figure it out but instead of figuring it out Alex yells "this is that WIC, WIC is difficult I hate dealing with WIC just give her, her money back so she can go" as if i was the problem when i was simply doing everything right . i've attached my receipt plus the baby food which you can see it was 32 and 32 which means i paid for no no reason. so alex did refund me but the whole attitude around the situation was ridiculous then the fact that the problem was never actually solved

I looked at all the reviews and I got to say Kroger is now better than the past, they always help u out and tell u where is all is. But like some of the beer they were just like placed on the floor and not cold at all.
