Poor service, Mexican girl was very rude unprofessional. Trying to tell me to go to Walgreens, I didn't ask her no advice, she so worried about my insurance that wasn't expired at . She need to learn how to satisfy the customer ?

The ladies at work in this pharmacy, including the manager, were really helpful with me and my husband he has a lot of medications. They're always call me by name. I want to thank them so much for such a great job. Thank you, ladies

I'm not one to leave reviews on gas stations. I called the front desk. They said that the attendee would be out to 5 to 10 minutes. I said no problem. I'm patient. I will wait. I waited 45 minutes I called back and they said I'm sorry. She didn't specify that she was restocking some thing. But now she won't be out there until 2 o'clock. They should hire two people or put more people on shifts. There's no reason that there should be someone out there for over an hour. I drove 25 minutes to get here waited 45 minutes to get gas because I travel for work and didn't want to drive any further. This is effing ridiculous that there wasn't some better communication between the attendee. The customer service lady was very polite and intended to me very well.

I never thought I'd see the day where I'd rather go shop at Walmart than Kroger! This store sucks! This my first time ever going to Kroger that has a BAD produce section!!! Everything always look old & spoiled! They treat every young black man like a criminal! Literally everytime I come here I'm being watched like a hawk when checking out. Then today I go by. They only had self checkout open. I go to pay for my things but the machine wouldn't take one of my bills because it's tape. So I take it to the woman in the section for change and she hands it off to the manager ( chubby Hispanic guy) . After he carefully analyze the bill over and over he tell me he can't take it cause he can't put it in the machine! When I'm clearly asking for change. The bill was 200% real you could see the Id number on the bill clearly and he still tells me I need to take it to the bank. But here is the best part this same store was the one who gave me the bill 2 days prior at a cash register! For now on I'll just ride the extra mile to Walmart it's actually a nice store clean with good produce to my surprise!

I tried for numerous months to try and get on auto-refill but they just didn’t seem competent enough to make it happen. It seems that there is always a 20+ minute wait to get prescriptions either in person or in the drive through. I will be going elsewhere with my business.

This is the worst pharmacy. They take forever to get prescriptions ready. They say they will have it ready in a certain time and then they aren't ready. One of the ladies seems pretty clueless and the pharmacist is not friendly and kind of rude. I've been standing outside for 20 minutes already just trying to pick up a prescription. I think I might start making the drive to a different pharmacy.

Filled my prescription on the 8th of April tried filling the 5 of May and they said I have to wait until 7 not sure what happen to the 2 day grace but they use to fill it on the 28tg day. All of a sudden they will not do so.

Fresh human urine type of customer service with a clean store atmosphere. The employees EVERY time argue. The franchise is going downhill and had for the last 18 months. Just go to Walmart they treat you with some respect.
