So frustrated ? ?I work all week and I don't have time, much less the time that those who work in the pharmacy have are lazy. Today was the last day to pick up the medication, I arrived 2 minutes before closing, which I did not know that they close at 6pm on Saturday and a woman told me that she had already closed and that the computer was already off

I choose this kroger over all because! Staff is always nice I've lived over here for 6 yrs,pharmacy is plus. I was sad to see Donnie go, but Anthony is very professional and helping always! All of kroger staff is amaze n to me and my family n friends! I need to be a partner with Kroger Lol Kroger Marketplace Summerwood!loveeeee! TY Krogerrr!

The the pharmacist initial Ma Meredith was very rude didn't follow my doctor is directions and make me wait a whole month before I can get my medicine and telling me how I'm taking them and and I'm the only one who takes that pregabalin very very unprofessional for the past 6 months that she's been very very rude and not working with me my name is Christine Nunez

This pharmacy truly has an amazing staff! I see negative reviews here but when I went the young pharmacist was so helpful. I could see him trying to a million things but stopped to help me and my mother who just got discharged from the hospital. You cant get a pharmacist to even make eye contact with you at CVS or walgreens. The technicians were awesome too 5/5

Of all the grocery stores in the area this location have the best collection. I buy my plants here, my candles here, and some of my supplements here. Basically anything I can't get at Sam's club for a lower price in bulk. The fruits are usually sweet from here and the price of fish at this location is a few cents difference from Sam's club per pound. The staff was always courteous. Self checkout is gold. I'm usually in and out within minutes unless I need a store approval for alcohol at self checkout. They don't accept Apple Pay which seems to be a common theme at a lot of these big retail grocery stores. I personally haven't been using the Kroger's app but the staff tells me there's quality free items every now and then. Nevertheless, the in/store deals are pretty decent. Burns BBQ is at this location now and I love there bbq! They gotta bring the full menu to this location soon. The sushi bar next too it has good sushi. The in store Starbucks had good service and do well making drinks. The seating area is a good work spot and there's plenty of tables and chairs for anyone who's tryna find a convenient place to get some work done.

They are unable to handle the influx of customers and their prescriptions. Example, my husband's Dr called in a refill on one of his meds yesterday. I assumed it would be ready today. Came to the pharmacy late in the afternoon to pick it up and I was informed that still was not ready because the doctor supposedly has to staye a time that the customer will pick it up. I have never heard of this in my life. The drive through service is horrible, half the time you are waiting while they ignore the call button.

I wish there was an option for -10. If you use this pharmacy, don’t expect privacy. This pharmacy iscontinuously in breach of HIPPA. Every time I call they answer on the speaker phone & I have to ask them to pick up the phone. In the drive through is the same. Anthony is a poor excuse for a manager. I told him they need to stop answering phones & waiting on drive thru customers on the speaker phone. They ask you to disclose two personal identifier which are protected by HIPPA LAWS. Anthony went further express I couldn’t continue to come there if I was gonna have a problem with them using the speaker phone. I told him I would escalate this issue because it’s not hard to pick up the receiver. Then he retracted and said just say for him when I come. He wanted to argue to the point where I told him he was making me upset. I told him give me my card back & could wait for the medicine or give me my medicine & card cause I was done. I just rolled the window up. The staff & Anthony are trifling and lazy. They talk to customers any kind of way. I’m reporting this HIPPA VIOLATION TO THE TEXAS BOARD OF PHARMACY because I have informed Anthony and the staff of the issues. Well no worries, I’m moving my meds to another pharmacy where they protect their customers identity & privacy. No wonderful the staff behave in the matter in which they do, because they don’t have an example to follow. Shameful horrible mess. No leadership and they only see customers as numbers. They could care less an it’s apparent.

So frustrated, watched my np submit a rx for antibiotics at 9:30am on Thursday. They were not ready by Friday at 6pm. I feel that if you need to be taking antibiotics that having to wait more than 32 hours to get them is ridiculous. On top of that when I asked what time they opened in the morning since I had to go to work and couldn’t wait I was told a completely wrong time. So now I have had to wait an hour after working a 13 hr graveyard shift just to get my moms medication.

I love this phymacy ; However some of the pharmacy technicians do not have good customer service skills at all . It is unethical to have such a bad attitude and cut the customers short while the customer is concerned or asking a question ??♀️. Just simply say I do not know but let me ask my supervisor etc instead of being obnoxious!!! Can the Technicians do better!! Just maybe find a job that you like to do instead of being rude .

Now I see why so many bad reviews for this pharmacy. It starts from the top. The pharmacist Anthony is petty af. S/He waited until we left and 20 mins later to call us back and tell us that he was refusing to fill the prescription (retailing) due to us getting upset bc the Myra the tech said the medication was in stock and ready before we came to pick it up. Then he walked away swinging his butt around like a drama queen making a scene. Such rude people, my prescription was pain meds from a car accident yesterday and having to deal with people like this makes it that much worse.
