1 of the pharmacy staff is very rude & disrespectful. Seems to be a lack of communication between staff there and rather than resolve it between them they choose to be rude to the customer.

This happened about 5:30 today Wednesday I had two packages of tortillas 2/ 5.00 bought them a week ago they turn green on us both almost full and try to return them to Kroger's this Kroger's on Jones Road and Clark Hispanic ladies said no without the receipt so call the BK manager of the manager right away said no you should have put him in the refrigerator.. no place in the packages says the refrigerate. Skip so I went to the other Kroger on Beltway 8 and West Road Hispanic gentleman was so gracious he said yeah go exchange him no problem.. so I thought it was the difference like night and day if you know what I mean

The worst place to get your medicine asking you personal questions like you wrote your own medicine no customer service skills very disrespectful and when I went to get a shot for the shingles they messed my arm didn't go back to get the second shot because the 1st shot was so bad she hurt me so bad I still feel the needle have PTSD now because of it

I never leave reviews anywhere but felt obligated to say something because I've been coming here for 30+ years never had an issue until this past year. It's impossible to get my medication literally any slight change. Annie thinks she knows more than doctors working with me my entire life. Making it harder to get things and causing stress and anxiety for patients

I CAN HEAR YOU TALKING ABOUT ME AMANDA! If you don't like taking care of people, you have chosen the wrong profession. Why are you being rude to me when I am the one that's been up all night at the ER, struggling with a very sick child, and screwed because someone messed up our insurance and he isn't covered??? Why are you talking bad about me??? No I've never filled at your pharmacy before, so I am the problem? Instead of talking bad about customers, how about you try, just try, being helpful.
Didn't want to cause a scene and say this to your face. Decided to write this review instead.

I'd like to write about the very unprofessional service I received yesterday morning at your Kroger located on 9330 Jones Rd, 77065. Once in a while, some of their staff are rude, but I generally ignored them, although I could write stories about them. But this last experience was the last straw, and I promise never to set foot in Kroger again. About 10:20 AM yesterday, I stopped by this Kroger to buy a few stuff, among which were some V8 Peach-Mango juice which was listed on the shelf label for $3.79 each. The older thin black cashier lady scanned them, and it showed $3.99. So, I told her it's supposed to be $3.79. With a very flippant attitude, she pointed at the computer screen saying, "I don't know anything about that, the machine says $3.99". I told her doesn't matter, the shell says $3.79. She then said, "Is it digital?" I said I don't know, the label just says $3.79. Then, instead of having one of the employees go check on it, like good customer service should be, she said, "Well you're just going to have to show me". Incredibly rude! What kind of customer service is this? I wanted to talk to their manager right then, but I was extremely upset that I just left, telling them, "I've been a customer at this Kroger for years, and you just treated me like s**t today". And, it's true, I've lived around here for years, and 99.9% of the time, I shop at this Kroger, although they have HEB, Aldi and Food Town at the other 3 corners at this intersection. But, I'm letting them know that they just lost a customer for life. Do these morons realize that they are not the only game in town? Edited to note that the date of my post that Yelp! put down (5/24/2022) is incorrect. I wrote it earlier this morning, 5/25/2022. The incident happened yesterday morning.

Victoria and her team are phenomenal . Always able to assist and answer any questions . Very knowledgeable and friendly Pharmacy team that provides a top tier service. Would highly recommend this location to handle your prescriptions and administer vaccines .

We always have had excellent customer service at this Kroger. The bad review today is because we were out of town and prescribed medication was sent here instead of the out of town pharmacy. Both out of town pharmacist and I had difficulty with a pharmacy staff member to comply with transferring the prescription over. We had to call several times and the staff member was unhelpful and rude. I did not expect that at all.
