I drove to the Kroger's on W Gray for the personal attention of pharmacist, Stephanie Kou. The store is very clean and has ample parking and wonderful wide aisles and selections.

I love this pharmacy so much. They have been taking care of our family for several years now and I rely on them. Pharmacists and staff are so cheerful, helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable.I feel fortunate to have their ongoing help and support!!! A true gem of a pharmacy.

I have been going to this Kroger for over 30 years. Christmas Eve my husband bought a flower arrangement for 34.99. He threw away the receipt so it would be a surprise. Today 12/27 it's completely dead!I brought it back to store and wanted an adjustment or refund. The price tag is still on it. They refused to refund anything since I didn't have the receipt. Bad customer service. Save all receipts or buy flowers somewhere else! By the way it was an ugly arrangement!

We have been using this Kroger Pharmacy for as long as I can remember. The people are amazing, helpful and patient. Unfortunately they no longer take Cigna/Express Script insurance since the beginning of 2023. We are heart broken and realize we have been spoilt by their wonderful customer service.

This long standing Kroger has had its best days behind it and supermarket really isn't super anymore. Even in comparison with other Krogers around town, the facility itself yearns for a facelift. Stuck in the late 90's, this particular krogers shows sign of aging in all aspects of the facility. Cracks on walls, floors and doors that don't fit quite right. Shelves with rust and dents are the norm on the corners of coolers/fridges. Either way, I call this Kroger location my "home" Krogers. I love its clearance section of meats/produce/dairy/breads area and everytime I am there, I get excited to see what has been marked down. I understand this is not for alot of people but I specifically come to this particular Kroger for this. Produce its good, and you can find the majority of your daily items where they should be. Is this the greatest Kroger there is? Absolutely not, but its good enough for what you and your family needs.
