Worst store to come shop at the store is very disorganized dirty and chaotic plus the low level workers and even the managers are very unhelpful like the store will make it without the customers these idiots need to be trained again highly ridiculous. I will stop coming to this particular store the employees are rude and unprofessional if you don’t like your job quit especially the self check out attendants. Don’t come to this location I won’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. Nightmare on Studemount street

Would rate zero if I could. The store manager, Vanessa, was so rude, dismissive and unattentive. I used to love coming to this store but will never return again.

I work around this Kroger & often stop by the Starbucks in store. The Starbucks employees are usually friendly. Unfortunately going in there on Thursday 2/20 *Mia* in Starbucks was INSANELY rude & disrespectful to me which was totally unwarranted. I work in the service industry & know how tough it can be so I make sure I’m super friendly & kind to employees. She honestly needs wayyyy more training or to be fired.

truly the weirdest upscale kroger. couldnt find many items actually worthwhile like soups and frozen bags and dry goods. stuffed animals were a nice touch. lots of stuff lacks pricetags altogether. youd have to be braindead to five star this.

Where do I start… I been coming here for years even twice a week never in my life would imagine been treated like a criminal or crazy women this “manager” never seen her face and hope I would never have too ever again she is rude, unprofessional and make herself the victim and I hope if Kroger care about the customers watch the cameras and see how she acted. I question her about a product on sale she keeps saying this is the price I’m like but in the box say other wise so I took the box so I can scan the price she start acting crazy saying give me the box I was like 🙄 and then I took the yellow sticker where the price was hoooo she wasn’t having it she called security in front of my two kids 1 and 7 treat me like I was crazy and saying go head and pay the discount price ( when the price she told me was wrong I put pictures because this is insane she made me feel like I was crazy when she was in the wrong )😧 when I look at her and told her you going to do that In front of my kids this lady has a problem fighting for a less than 10 dollar toy she won’t even let me explain to her the price in the box say this and you saying this she was furious and when I ask to speak with a manager or higher manager she goes IM THE STORE MANAGER like ok wow but she told the security the I was screaming at her and I over heard her when I was walking away and I said excuse me I didn’t scream at you and she goes I AM NOT SPEAKING TO YOU! She made my kids feel uncomfortable my son 7 said I’m scared I wanna leave this store the security was watching us like we were criminals so uncomfortable and yes I pay for the toys because that’s something my son wanted but thank you for making our experience a HELL this lady needs proper training because families go here we spend hundreds of dollars we don’t even mind to pack our own groceries but this beyond rudeness she thinks because she is a “manager” has the power of talking to someone the way she did in front of my kids acting like a crazy women! if she hates that job find something else or know your place! Just be aware specially if you have kids going to this store you might get security call for questioning a price……very sad and traumatic experience.

Self check out associates need to be checking their attitudes… Overhearing an associate say to another behind my back, “Go help her because I can’t deal with her” and then storming off? Really? So extremely rude and unprofessional. Will be going back to HEB for a more classy and professional experience.

Check those expiration dates and the customer service in the meat department is non existent. I guess the big bosses was in and everyone was stress but you still need to be pleasant and assist the customers.

Thieves in disguise! This location advertises price specials that do not match what scans at the register. They display products with special pricing, but those products do not match the special. Beware of their scamming methods.

I enjoy coming here. Today I suggested to the manager to add plugging in the Amigo carts during the "hourly freshness checks" and to add seating in various spots of the store to accommodate people who struggle standing or walking for long periods of time. I hope changes come.
