Amelia in produce was very helpful, obtaining a crate to stand on to enable reaching for artichokes on the top row. Nothing but helpfulness…no attitude!

This store is garbage. The cameras watching you for the self checkout (because they are a garbage company and won’t employee people to check you out) cause you to need to wait multiple times to get an employee to press ok. Having that happen multiple times when buying 5 items is unacceptable. The grocery store right down the street is way better, doesn’t have these issues, and has cheaper prices.

I went to the deli today and I met with the rudest worker ever, Vanessa, the assistant lead of the department. She seems like she was very incapable of keeping her composer and quick to lose her temper on customers. I'd suggest retraining, if she ever received any. Lastly store managers need to be available to at all time, you're never anywhere to be found.

I have NO problem with service dogs (trained to help it's owner by providing a service, ex. guide dog, dogs that can detect when their owner is about to go into a seizure). On the other hand, I have a problem with customers bringing in their dogs because they don't want to leave them in the car. This is a grocery store, not PetSmart. These dogs were smelling and licking on the products that were located on the bottom food shelves. A service dog would never do this.

Betty Kay runs that self checkout like she is running a marathon, cuddles to her for the great customer service. I'm new to the area. This will be my go to store.

The poor customer service at this location drives me insane. No one is helpful, they always have attitudes. Almost everyone who works here doesn’t even know what a smile is. I ask for help and people come up and don’t even say a word. Considering this is a higher end location, I’d expect better. Not coming to this location anymore. Tired of being treated as an inconvenience by people who are literally paid to assist. And there’s never shopping carts.

Just went shopping at Kroger on 11th street and found several discrepancies from shelf price to receipt price. Also several discrepancies from advertised price to receipt price. Be very careful shopping at this location.

It's a good grocery store, good selection of products and all, but what sets it apart is the great selection of beer and wine, no to mention that it has a bar, where you can take a break from grocery shopping and enjoy a glass of wine or beer.
