Get the reliant table out of here and I may come back. I shouldn’t have mall kiosk people asking me if I want to save money while I’m doing my grocery shopping. No. I want to shop for my groceries. I’ll be shopping at HEB from now on where I won’t have to deal with that.

WARNING AGAINST ASIANS
On 9/29/24 I walked in and there was an older white couple who set up a table by the makeup section selling coloring books. The husband asked everyone who walked by "hey do you want to buy these coloring books my wife made them etc etc etc...." (it was a long pitch). Like other people who walked past them, I also smiled nodded and went on my way without stopping.
Somehow only me doing this offended them but not the 2 others who passed them in front of me. They yelled "RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!" after me as I walked away. They did the same thing as I came back around, harassing me.
I contacted Kroger who gave me a basic HR answer, but my main worry is why this particular store's management let this couple do this. What a ridiculous and completely inappropriate thing to allow.
I won't make any conjectures as to why they allowed them but suffice it to say, stay away if you're Asian.

Got baby formula then went to get diapers and a candy for my son when a manager type employee with tattoo all over his arms accused me of taking the formula improperly and proceeded to interrogate me as to who gave me the formula. The tattooed guy proceeded to have a stern talk with the person who gave me the formula leaving me being responsible for that employee getting in trouble. Great experience 👍

This location has become horrible. Way too many homeless and junkies are allowed free reign inside and outside the store. The bathrooms are always disgusting and full of homeless people. Same as the dinning area. You go upstairs to eat a purchased meal and it is overrun with homeless people and all there belongings giving a bad smell throughout the area. Also it is always full of employees who are loud and constantly talking and complaining about there job. It's annoying. And it would not hurt to have the upstairs cleaned. Tables are always filthy and the whole area is never cleaned not once. That is disgusting! Overpriced, expired food is also an issue. Just go to another location, because this one has become a bad experience every time.

The pandemic was over and they have no plan to change it back to 24/7. And I have no plan to shop at any Kroger ever again.

I got out to my car to discover that the bakery item I just purchased was rotten inside so I walked back in to get an exchange and these people are so rude
So instead of in exchange I just got my money back and I will never come back to this rude store again

Beware of this location selling expired foods. I don't mean just a little bit over the date, but months. One product was 2 years past the sell by date. You really have to pay close attention before purchasing items. I only started noticing this over the past few months, I don't know if they are hoping some unsuspecting customer will take it off their hands so they don't have to count it as a loss or if they are just not caring and paying attention to what is going on. They have been good about letting me return the items but now that I pay attention more, I am seeing a lot of expired items. Unfortunately, I wasn't smart enough to take pictures for proof, but I never thought it would become a problem, I thought it was just a simple oversight, which I totally would understand. Now that I have been monitoring things closer, I see it is a very common issue. Not sure if this is system wide problem or just the Buffalo Speedway location, it is the location I frequent 98% of the time. They are definitely falling short their slogan "Fresh for everyone". If you buy bagged produce it also needs to be inspected as I have seen moldy lemons and wilted lettuce. If you buy anything marked down, make sure it is ringing up the correct price, often times it says the sale price but will ring up the full price. I think this location has really suffered over the past few months, I have been going to this location for years and have not seen these issues in the past. There are several employee gems that work there, but the management seems to not care about customer service. Maybe they are under too much pressure to get the customers money from their pockets no matter what it takes. I try to be loyal to Kroger since I have been such a long time customer but with their higher prices that keep going higher, and the quality keeps going downhill, it might be time to take my money just across the street to the HEB where I have never encountered any problems. I know Kroger doesn't respond to customer reviews but I hope someone in management is paying attention to them.

I bought a rotisserie chicken for $7.99 and found a live fly dancing around in it. Bottom line a live fly in the food is a sign of filth and uncleanliness.
I spoke to the store and they wanted to give me another of their filthy chickens, which I did not want after the filth of the first one. I asked to speak to a manager, and spoke to Josie. She finally agreed to give me my $7.99 back. I went by the store tonight and they wanted to give me a gift card. I did not have the card with me I used and so they could not give me credit. I wanted $7.99 cash. Bottom line. They sold me a fly with a chicken around it and could not make good on their promise to give me the cash back. It was only $7.99, is it worth losing a loyal customer?
Just know this Kroger is unkept and filthy if they have giant flies packaged in the chicken.

I got a delivery order yesterday and this what I received. I called into the store to address this and I was told I had to contact someone else because they didn’t pick it. The customer service representative KIMBERLY was extremely rude and when I asked to speak with a manager the call magically was disconnected! I will no longer be shopping delivery here ever! And I do believe Kimberly need to be trained on how to handle these matters in a professional way! Whether it’s a 3rd party company or not, nothing like this should even be on the shelves to be purchased!
