On Tuesday, I called the store and asked to Speak with someone about a brand of soap I stayed on the phone holding so long. I guess it went to another department and The lady in the flower shop answer her name is Aaliyah. She said that this wasn’t her department so I asked her to get me over to someone that could help me and she hung up the phone in my face.

Horrible employees, waited in line for over 30 mins while they just stood there , had person conversations and were on their phones. Then one employee (big girl with glasses and braids) came in cursing extra loud. Ridiculous

Store sign says 10am but had people outside well past 11:30 store lead Wilard is very rude and condescending Then the store associate hung up on my face after I asked for the managers name. Is this how krogers allow there employees to conduct business on there behalf…

The online order process is dreadful. I only came here because it was last minute. Had an issue with my order spoke with the associate he had little to no comprehension. I should have just followed my first mind and went to H.E.B. H.E.B is much better. I will not be returning.

If I could give the hot food deli area a negative number, it would be -100! Completely disappointed with the service!! I placed an order for 100 pieces of chicken with Todd at the beginning of last week for today, Thanksgiving! More than enough notice. I'm told this morning, 3 hours before my family dinner that there is no record of my order and they refused to make any chicken for me or take a new order or make this right. Completely disappointed with the customer service here. Completely disappointed that they have ruined Thanksgiving for my family. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Clean and well stocked with pretty much everything we needed, even a small office supplies section.
Bakery, meats and fresh produce were good quality and priced a lot better than east coast.
Staff were helpful and polite and there is plenty parking available.

I've been a usual customer at kroger for months even a lot of the time i go in daily so my face is recognizable, just today I've encountered a weird security lady that's been following me in every single aisle i go to and she wasn't even professional at all she was so obvious, It was getting annoying and she wasn't trying to confront me at all too which makes it more annoying, you dont have to harass anyone if you suspect me or anyone of anything just check the cameras. The idea of following me to every single aisle for 15min till i got annoyed and left is the most unprofessional move ever.

Kroger has always been a great place, but I recently had a very negative experience with an employee named [[Jocelyn]] at the self-checkout. When I tried to use a coupon and it didn’t work, I asked her for help, but she just kept repeating, ‘It doesn’t work, it doesn’t work,’ refusing to explain or assist and completely ignoring anything I was saying (even though I’ve used this same coupon successfully at other Kroger). She was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I tried to see her name tag, she covered it, took it off, and said, ‘I’m never letting you know my name.’ Fortunately, a kind customer and another employee later told me her name. Kroger is a great store, and I hope they don’t let employees like this hurt their reputation.
