The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Also the store is always cleaned and organized, well put together. This is my favorite location out of all the Kroger's here in Houston.

If you go at night, there are no cashiers. Last time I went and bought 2 carts and I had to scan product by product, after I had worked all day, I went there to work, they don't have cashiers there.👎

The young man that usually works at self checkout in the mornings (he was working the morning of March 26th) is so nice and always provides excellent customer service. He’s always helpful and friendly. His good vibes are contagious! Please hire more people like him that know how to work with the public!

This store definitely lacks customer service and integrity. I can’t believe the majority of these people are on payroll! I saw people in the bakery, very unsanitary, if you catch them digging in their nose, the first thing they’ll say is they don’t speak English. But you spoke it while you was digging in your nose and talking to your coworker. The managers don’t care about anything besides a paycheck. They are definitely not for the customers.

Crowded. The parking lot was full. The store was full with only maybe 2 cashiers. Long lines at swlf check out. I don't appreciate having to work and not get paid. Do not recommend this location. It is severely understaffed!

Recently ordered a birthday cake from Kroger on 43 rd and the frosting I requested was buttercream and what we got was a very sweet and pure sugar icing, it is the most awful tasting frosting ever, very disappointed with this birthday cake experience.

I usually buy my groceries for pick up. I’ve ordered from other stores before with no issue. My problem is with this store. They hardly have any inventory. Everything is out of stock. It’s frustrating. How are you a grocery store if you don’t have anything in stock?

This Kroger constantly posts a different price for gas than they charge. The bait and switch is not worth it when there are so many other gas stations nearby that actually sell gas at the price they list.

I am so disappointed that I keep on purchasing meat and produce to bring it home and find out it is rotten. Shopping at HEB from now on.
