Great store. Friendly staff. Clean location. My regular store. Usually there a few times a week.Reese is the total highlight for this store however. He is always in an amazing mood, he has a great personality, and is on top of of everything going on in the store. Ed is also great too!Wish there were less sales people at the entrances harassing you about electricity rates or AT&T service though.

Customer service is the worst I have experienced in all my grocery shopping. Matthew is in an elevated role and was shockingly rude by interrupting my question, off putting nonverbal (I.e. annoyed glaring, closed off body language), and smirked when he delivered disappointing answer to me. It seemed he found joy in letting the customer down. It's unfortunate this type of service is in a leadership position as it was evident his actions was setting an example for cashiers. I felt unwanted and uncomfortable shopping and paying here. I'll spend the extra 5min driving to another store after this encounter.

If I could give this Kroger 0 stars, I would! The African American “manager” YOLANDA was the rudest and most discourteous person I have ever met! Two of the digital coupons did not attach to my purchase. I went to customer service to have the items returned. I purchased items with my debit card and she stated she would be returning it on a gift card. I was adamant about it going back on my debit card, she then proceeded to tell me to get out of “HER” store and stated I was stealing. I told her she needed to retract her statement because I was not stealing, and I clearly had the receipt in my hand. I told her she had the worst customer service and I left. Worst experience of my life!!!

Just so-so. Frequently out of items I desire, but closest to home. Tonight however was the final straw: at least 7 people on a Friday night at 7pm waiting for self checkout lines to become available- this isnt Walmart, why can't they open other checkout lines? When I finally make it to checkout I required clearance for the bottle of wine I wished to purchase- I asked the employee who wasn't standing but 2 feet from me, Jill; she replied, "oh I don't do that", and walked away. She called a younger employee to the area to check my id as well as assist the 2 other lanes that were already flashing. I'm sorry, you don't do what? READ? MATH? Work as a team? No explanation from Jill. It's only a state law to verify age for alcohol purchases, no special skills required. The 20 year old at the liquor store next door checks ids just fine, I'll be more than happy to provide them or HEB with my patronage from now on.

It's a typical grocery store. Sometimes selection isn't great. Staff is helpful.

I really like Kroger and 90% of the time, I use their pickup service. The last 5 orders (I order weekly) there has been at least one piece of fruit or vegetable that was not fresh, a meringue pie was frozen once. You always advertise about how fresh your fruits and veggies are, but recently, I disagree. I hope I do not have to change grocers.

Don't. I stake my rating as a local guide on this is a one star. This place will upset you. The new anti theft carts system locks your cart exiting the store.

F this Kroger bakery! The lady in the bakery didn't want to do my cake cause supposedly they need 48 hours in advance when website says 24 hours. I think the B is just a lazy employee! The Kroger on 43rd street took my order with no hesitation and no attitude.

I bought chocolate covered strawberries and they were amazing! They were huge and covered in chocolate. I am definitely glad I went back and purchased another pack of strawberries.

Been a frequent shopper for 15 yrs this past Christmas at the checkout line the bagger told another guy to go clock in so he can take his break the cashier asked why the bagger said so he can help customers w bagging, the cashier then said the customers can bag their own stuff if they got a problem w it tough and she didn't care if they got mad. It took alot in me to stay quiet but I had my kids and didn't want to cause a scene. Very rude and disrespectful the customers are not getting paid to bag their own items now I know why this store never has baggers if they have this type of mindset. They want to get paid but not work smh this cashier needs a reality check oh by the way her name tag said veronica.

Absolutely disappointed on the customer service provided at this Kroger. Went in for help and all I got was attitude from an employee. When I submitted the complaint, I was brushed off like nothing.Kroger you should train your employee Nakia. She gave so much attitude and annoyed. Treated us like she was our boss. Terrible customer service. Nakia
