I don't appreciate the people standing in the isle blocking you trying to sell At&t . When they can't get their way, they harrass you and I don't appreciate it. I'm there to do my grocery shopping not be annoyed by salespeople. Trust and believe I'm calling the manager.

This store is not worth anything anymore. They screwed up my delivery order very badly and customer service and support will not do anything about it. Instead of charging my ebt card they charged my bank card the full amount of my purchase which now i have to pay a bill late because of them.

A humble neighborhood grocery store. Management and the employees are kind and helpful when you need to interact with them.

I like this Kroger in South Post Oak Road. Kind of smaller than my usual shopping but it has friendly services.

I have purchased my groceries and the manager said that if customers leave stuff behind they will automatically put them up regardless to the fact that it was already paid for. So, I couldn't find my receipt and the manager said once items are forgotten by customers they and himself are not responsible for it and to repurchase them. What a SHAME!!!!!

I used to do my shopping here but they start to be like Walmart. No people on the register and that freakin’ door alarm of theirs! It made so embarrass everytime then they will say “Oh, you good !” When wveryone already looking at you thinking you stole something. And the manager is very disorganize.

I usually go to the Randalls because this Kroger is always a nightmare. The parking lot is chaotic and too small for the businesses that share it, and the store is never well staffed. The lottery ticket machine is in a place where you can't get to it because the always long line for the courtesy booth is right in front of it. I am often approached by people asking me for money when I'm shopping in there. Today, there was trash on the floor in the self check out that wasn't picked up, even though several employees were standing around that area, and I slipped on some of it walking out and fell on my knee. I live a block away from this store and will never go there again. It's the worst Kroger I've ever been to. Randalls is just a one minute drive down the street if you live in the area. It's not as well stocked, but it's well run, less chaotic, and worth it to avoid this Kroger.

Rotten meat... rotten attitudes. I have been shopping here for the better part of 30 years and they have gone WAY down hill in recent years. As soon as you walk into the meat section, you can smell that something just isn't right... plus the management has no control of there staff. Today I forgot something in the middle of being checked out and I told the checker that I would be right back with another item and she was welcome to serve the next customer. Less than two minutes later I returned to find a sacker returning my items to the shelves.. When I questioned the two about the situation, the accosted with foul language and ghetto attitude and refused to apologize. I will never shop here again, there are several other superior grocery options close by including HEB and Randall's. Steer clear of this place!

Denise in self checkout is a straight up beotch. She belittled me since I kept saying “ma’am” to get her attention. She didn’t respond so I didn’t know if she could hear me. It was just me and another customer. He didn’t even need help and she went to see if he needed help first and told me to, “hold on” visibly annoyed.

Again I tried shopping Kroger off of Post Oak and always spend 2 to 3 hundred dollars each time but the cashier put damageable item in middle of can goods. Cookies now with many crumbs, potatoe chips crushed, cake turned upside down with all frosting stuck to plastic cover, drops expensive soft vegetables on the counter like they are can goods... if you like smashed goods this is the best place to shop.
