The answering machine was terrible. After asking for 10min to talk to an associate I finally get one and she is absolutely rude and hung up on me mid sentence. Will be updating once I get her name.

06/06/25...Went in for some flowers 💐..lady in that department was VERY HELPFUL ..and whn I went to pay at the self check out..keep in mind...hands were VERY FULL(3 BUNDLE OF FLOWERS and one in a pot andcsome other miscellaneous stuff..)...Young Lady that helps out Iin that area assisted me with my checkout beautifully 😍..!!AWESOME VIST.!👍👌

People complain about prices going up. You offer digital coupons but so hard for seniors to see little thing much less get a picture of. Not that all people especially seniors have digital phones or know how to work. Last week even a kroger worker could not help an elderly lady take advantage of the discount. If you are giving a discount then give why digital only trying to make more money off some. Then when i question cashier at El Camino Store ??♀️ that is how it rang up. Then he finally huffed and puffed and went to cereal aisle. I told him end cap he told me he did not know what that meant. So cost me money. A another clerk said go to customer service after standing 15 min and i was still 2 customers back I left fuming. If you really want to help people save money then dont make it hard snd selective. I am a Sr citizen who feels taken advantage of by Krogers.
Remember seniors can bend to the floor or reach to the top shelves to get phone on the little thing.

The produce has bugs and somehow molds so fast. It's really frustrating trying to eat right just to discover that.
3x now a bagger will not bag an item that was scanned. One of those items being formula for my baby. I wish I got pictures of the bugs but I was freaked out.

I love shopping at this kroger. They employ the best people ever! From victor, Delores, the young selfcheck out girl, the other one that has a cane, to Robbin, Lori, and so many others that truly love my family and myself. We really love the selection I know its not one of the big fancy ones but we are always welcomed and they know we will be their at least 2/3× a week. Thanks for being awesome people and consistent.

Called about 2 or 3 times about molded and molding fruit. Refused to answer the phone and their waiting music is absolutely horrible. Will most definitely not be going back to get any of their fruit. Also, I advise you to triple check anything you get from there seeing as some of our other fruits too looked suspicious.

Unfortunately the place is struggling for a while, and you will find a new manager multitasking and juggling with several tasks. However, you still can find some worthy items, and Krogers brands in here, but not as competitive in price.

There’s always room for improvement. Well it’s grocery store. Nothing less nothing more. Sometimes you get great deals with coupons applied only. We know prices are up.
Otherwise one can purchase 80% of similar items at their competitor store.
However, Kroger does have more variety options.
I’m in my 50-s and been asked to show my ID to buy beer or wine, I don’t remember.
Are you serious?
Specs don’t ask. I can understand asking younger people. Like real young.
I ended going to specs haha. That’s just ridiculous.
