Bought groceries here, and went to the men's restroom 🚻 and no water to wash my hands and the water fountain was out of order.Need to be fixed,asap .... Health hazard for a big food chain company.

Came there for Starbucks which btw is usually not busy and ordered a couple drinks. After paying, they are now telling us that they actually don't have the ingredients and wanted us to change order. We ended up paying $1 more for another drink. Will not return.
Also, a friend of ours went there to order Espresso Con Panna but got a strange iced coffee. Do not come to this Starbucks, they do not know their own menu or how to make a drink correctly.

Kroger is nestled on El Dorado and Space Center Blvd and a great store to find groceries needed weekly. The store is neat, clean and always organized. Thanks to Kroger for notifying me the cucumbers recently purchased are on recall. This is one of my favorite stores to visit.

I received a birthday cake from this store and it was so dense and dry that we couldn’t eat it. When I attempted to do an equal exchange so that I could have a cake for my birthday, I was told that a store credit of $5 was all they could do on a $20 cake. Seriously?!

I buy the product. in my home I see the last day I can use are 6 days ago. I come back. I need whait for customer service !! . the product it's not good, I come back from my home. and I need whait. 6 persona before me.not a good experience with product. not good in attention when Kroger it's guilty.

Visit pharmacy to pick up my bp med today and told to come back tomorrow as they are about to close. They have the med on hand but refuse to dispense it. Weird. I need it tonight. Further more my doctor initially ordered for 90 days but only given 30 days the last time. I'll take my business to HEB then.

I go here because it's close to my home but prefer HEB, as they have lower prices and You don't have to show a stupid card to get the lowest price, which is just another example of corporate tracking that turns customers away from there store...sometimes people just don't want to be hassled about one more thing....a loyalty card....just a tracking device so they can charge more...Bring plenty of money when You shop here!

If you come in the evenings, your only option to check out will be via the automated machines. That wouldn't be such a big deal except invariably there is no one around to remedy the blinking sign "wait for assistance" issues. Expect to add several minutes to your checkout process every time. Prices are high if you don't get sale items, but the variety is good. I only shop here to get the things I can't find at other stores
