No stars. The ones with red vests on (Amber and Emily) are constantly talking to each in the aisles instead of helping the cashiers keep the lines down. Asked a cashier about that, was informed that Emily's father is a manager at another location and is constantly late and disappears multiple times a day upstairs.

Great variety of just about everything. Prices are to the roof.I find this store more expensive than any other grocery stores in the area, their prices are outrageous to say the least. Meat department is ridiculously high in price as well, I recommend shopping around for better deals.

The very unaware and unhelpful Kroger employees all stood around and watched my disabled relative struggle to transfer to all 5 of their electric shopping carts- none of which were plugged in to charge so all had a dead or very low battery- and never offered to help at all. My relative even tried to plug the carts in for Kroger but eventually took the one with most charge back out to their car and left the store for better service and help at the HEB down the road.

The romaine lettuce I bought on Tuesday evening was completely brown and covered with spots by Wed. evening. It did not look like that when purchased. The fajita meat was like boot leather, so tough and stringy it could not be chewed. Might I mention, these items are not cheap. I had food poisoning last month, grueling and I am sure it was the chicken breasts from Kroger. It is a long drive over the bridge, but I am switching to Randalls. The prices and quality are better these days. I just can't be throwing my money away and wondering what will make me sick. This store has the worst produce and I don't think they keep the meat at correct temperature. Now the store never seems to have fresh seafood or other meat items in the glass case. Did I mention that I have NEVER shopped there that I am charged the right amount? Usually it is the Buy 5, closeouts, or sale items that don't "ring up" at the right price. Last time my bill was only $3 off (2 items), but the time before was $15 and I had to wait at customer service forever for a refund while my ice cream melted. Also the store management is very sneaky about putting a "look-alike" item in the shelf area or freezer area where a sale item has sold out, so the "look alike" item rings up at 3 X more than the cost of the sale item. Very sneaky. I hate the "buy 5" promos where the store increases the price of the item so you have to buy 4 more things just to get the regular price. The Kroger on El Camino is better run, but that area of Webster has gotten so unsafe and sketchy that I won't go to either Kroger now. The shelves were empty of many items and were not fully stocked, especially for sale items. When I complained I was told that the store tends to run out of things after the weekend. Why not stock the right amount? The aisles are ALWAYS blocked by the youngsters fulfilling online orders, getting in everyone's way. It appears that the store chain values the online shoppers much more than people that are actually shopping in person!

I like the convenient location. Favorite department is Floral, where Brian always gives us special attention.

Don't shop here, they'll charge you the wrong price then make you wait 30 minutes In line and act like it's your fault. Do yourself a favor and go to a Kroger where they have it together and management actually cares

The majority of their employees are always so nice & extremely helpful... no matter if it's checking the back for a particular item is out, nearly out or doesn't look the freshest; coming around to scan heavy items on the bottom of my basket so I don't have to lift them up to the conveyer belt; bringing me a new package of sodas after having several sodas explode when it hit the concrete while exiting the store; reopening a register to help me ring up my $200- 300 worth of groceries when I didn't finish shopping before 9pm; assisting me with locating my energetic & curious son who finds it amusing to scare me & wander off typically in search of candy, toys, seasonal items, or the motorized carts.

Clean friendly well stocked. I LIKE the smaller size grocery stores. I just want to buy food, not everything including the kitchen sink.

Tyler the assistant manager was very rude. Kroger needs to work on their staffing.

It’s disgusting how some of the employees display their racism. I greet a cashier they look away. My items are scanned and the bagger walks away. I’ve had multiple instacart orders here and more than once the cashiers roll their eyes and for some reason act like it’s too much for them to do their job.

It’s sad when you can’t even buy a laundry basket or a trash basket at the store I’ve never seen a Kroger not have any laundry basket your trash baskets or accessories that you need around your house

My son and I were shopping and decided to get a treat from Starbucks. My son ask what are you guys honoring for Black Hidtory month? The employees Cynthia replies nothing with a smirk and we are ok with that we get our order and then Cynthia days "OH yes we offer ice water and it's tap water". My son is an Kroger employee at a different location and her statement was rude and disrespectful and discrimatory because sher say no was sufficient but the extra was not
