The greatest place to save on groceries. Regular and digital sales. Check it out Wednesday to Wednesday. Always have plenty of stock. Love this store.

Its extremely frustrating to attempt to check out every time we go there. It's seems there are rarely enough registers open and rarely enough sackers. You end up waiting too long and sacking half of your groceries. If it were up to me (which it isn't) I'd never shop at Kroger again. HEB is by far better managed.

Do not shop here for hot meals. I bought this chicken about an hour ago. I have been sick every since I bit into it and tasted the blood. See attached pictures!
As soon as I am through being sick I will be returning to speak with the manager.

What a horrible experience.. This occurred on 7/28/.2024... I went to go purchase my daily meet as usual and Attendant seemed as if he didn't want to be there and was completely ignoring what it is. I was asking him so I called for a manager. I believe her name was Savannah, and she also Took my claims, unserious and literally began to smirk... I was completely disgusted and I will make my purchases elsewhere even though it will be a Kroger's. Because I love kroger's.I just will not be going back to this location... What a horrible beginning of my day on sunday... If these employees do not like their jobs, perhaps they should go back to school and acquire Degrees, that will compel them to success and not such bitterness.... What a waste of my time⏲️

Young cashier's need more training, especially at self checkout. They certainly have no interest about taking care of customers. But that being said, alot falls on management for not giving employees the information they need, to do their best job.

1. I hate the long aisles! Why?
2. Restrooms-gross.
3. What’s up with the ice cream section - is this going to make my $10 ice cream taste gross??
4. I know it’s hot out but is there no one to bring buggies in? I normally grab one to take inside but there was not one closer to where I parked. I would have most likely loaded my buggy up but instead I only purchased what I could carry.
I love the 10 for 10$ and location but it’s looking little nappy :(

this Kroger's is okay I mean there's shopping basket thing is a little bit of an issue sometimes when I go and most of the time they don't have enough people to help you put your groceries in the bags and they force you to go through the you scan with a $400 order of two baskets I know that's not a store problem more like a corporate problem the people here are nice

This place always charges me more and more every time I exchange my soda stream bottles, which they never have an answer for. None of the other Kroger’s near me have new bottles, so I had to come to this location. Now they lost the paper with the code to exchange at some point and I guess it’s not an urgent matter. Don’t plan on coming back here for anything.
