Cashier was nice but it took me forever to find stuff I need and that store, and then when I went to check out it didn't scan my products right and then the register froze and it took forever to try to fix it. I was just going to leave but then the lady said, "Let me ring you up at my station" and she did but I won't be going back there.

A large Kroger, it has great selection at really good prices. This is one of the nicer ones, although it isn't one of the giant ones with a clothing section.

Girl at self check out was walking up and down my basket to make sure I scanned everything while I’m with my toddler but didn’t do that to anybody else. As soon as I pull out my cash and pay shes on her phone and not interested in watching self check out anymore. I understand she’s doing her job but way to breathe down my neck and only mine. Maybe open up some registers then if y’all are gonna pick and choose who to watch.

I have been shopping here for years. I even had family that worked here back in the day. Now it seems so hard to get customer service. You can not get anyone behind the counter at the deli to acknowledge you, there are no cashiers, and the employees just seem like you being there is inconvenient. The only good thing about this store is the pharmacy. They are great!

If i could give less than 1 star, I would. I never complained about having to bring my own cart in from the outside. Nor have I complained when they have overcharged me for items. Nor do I complain when I have to walk through the ashtray (well, the employees taking a smoke break) to get get to the front door. I did not complain about the items that are still on the shelfs, but have expired. I was however, extremely annoyed when I asked for help from an employee, repeated and loudly only to be ignored because they could not hear me due to the airbud in their ear. I ended up having to crawl up on the shelf and get the item myself although help was 3-4 feet away. That issue, I did go to management with, but seems nothing changed to me. The most recent two incidents is what drove me away and I will never go back. This is what happened, The first encounter was with Katie at the customer service (wow, thats funny) booth, is when I went in and asked for assistance regarding previous visits receipt, She was the rudest, snottiest, ugliest customer service person, I have ever had an encounter with. I did ask for managements assistance and provided feedback regarding how she lacking in basic skills. So move ahead a few months and Katie is still there working which honestly blows my mind. If she has been this rude to me you know she has treated many others poorly as well. I had purchased a product which had expired when i bought it, so I sent my son back to return it. He returned back to the house with yet another expired product. I went back to Krogers on Thursday October 5, 2023 @ approximately 3:05pm in order to exchange the product a second time due to their incompetence. On my drive to Krogers I kept saying to myself, I hope its not Katie, Please don't be Katie. Well guess who it was? Yep, the rude and ugly Katie, to whom I explained the situation. When I was asked for my receipt, I asked to give me one second while I located it. She did not give me 30 seconds before she turned around to the people in line behind me and said...Next is line. I was livid. I had never felt so disrespected while visiting an establishment, as I did that day. I walked to the back found the product I needed that was not expired, then I walked by the cashier stations left the expired ones sitting there and walked out with the item I came in for. I will never, ever, ever be back in that store. They have been working on improving their store, They should have improved their staff first.

The outside is not so pretty but the store is organized on the inside and the bakery area has a lot of varieties. There is usually a line for customer service.

On Wednesday, October 4th at around 7:50 pm, my husband and I went to the Krogers located at Beltway 8 and Hwy. 45 to get some groceries. When we arrived, we noticed a lot of customers shopping as well. We grabbed our items and headed to the registers. When we got there, we noticed that they only had one register opened and one self-checking area opened. We went into the line of the register. Both the self-checking area and the register we were standing at had long lines. There were 2 other shoppers in front of us. The lady, named Hillary, was having trouble standing and had to use her walker to sit down as she checked out the items. She was alone at the register at that time. There was another girl whose name was Victoria who was working the self-check out area. She broke away and went to the register to help Hillary by bagging the items. During this entire time, there was an employee in a brown shirt who noticed Hillary having trouble, but instead of helping her in bagging the customers groceries, he just collected carts and walked away. At that time, the customer asked Hillary a question, but Hillary informed her that she wasn't sure because she was from another store and was helping out. After waiting in line for close to 30 minutes, we were next to get checked out. Hillary then told Victoria that she needed to use the ladies restroom and if she could cover. Victoria gladly help. I asked her if she could tell me the managers name. She stated it was Pedro. We waited to get checked out so that the other customers didn't have to wait. As we started to exit, my husband asked to speak with Pedro, the store manager. He was informed that he was unavailable at that time. We then exited the store. I would like to show our appreciation to Hillary and Victoria for their help and their teamwork in getting the job done and providing service to the customers. There was another young man, whose name I didn't get, who covered for Victoria while she worked the cash register. I cannot understand why the other employee who was collecting the carts could not have stepped up and help. Especially after seeing that she was having trouble. It's really sad to see employees treated so disrespectfully by their co-workers. They should have the support of all their members, especially from the management. Because these people are the foundation of business's like this. It's bad enough that they get treated bad by frustrated customers, but to get no support from their co-workers is inexcusable.

Personally, I'm an HEB type of person. Krogers is so much more expensive than HEB. And all the food at Kroger tastes like it came from family dollar or dollar tree. AND their pharmacy sucks. They told me, sorry, we can't fill that medication in that quantity. Okie dokie then see ya.
