Everytime I come here there's people at the door harassing me for money or just causing a scene in general. There is police presence, but they just stand there unless someone gets physically assaulted.

It never fails. The only checkout lanes open are the self checkout lanes.

I see raspberries for a dollar and some change, so I buy four packs. When I get to the register, they are almost four dollars each. When I ask the attendant, she tells me I need to clip the coupons on the app...why can't I simply pay the price that is advertised in the store without having to download another app on my phone?? Its like they want to trick people into buying items thinking they are one price when they are actually another. Needless to say, I left the store without buying and frustrated.

Employees are not very costumer service oriented. Not keeping up to date with FIFO.
They never really have the products that I am looking for, very seldomly do they have the products stock. Employees look miserable and tired. Please keep your employees happy. Productivity is important.

This Kroger was on my route home for the day. The store was not fully stocked because of the storm Beryl. Most residents in the neighborhood are still without power (7/12/2024!).
Rotisserie and fried chickens in the deli were cooked and out at the hot table. However, you could tell that a lot of food probably had to be thrown away because of power outages in the area. Items were stretched to cover holes in the displays. In the freezers there were a lot of holes, which reminded me of the beginning of Corona- virus.
It will take some more days to fully restock the store to "normal". There were no major lines at checkout today. James did a good job checking me out. Anthony did a great job of bagging (hot to hot/ cold to cold). Under the circumstances, a good day at Kroger!

This location is disappointing. The shelves are never stocked, the lines are always long, and it's consistently understaffed. The managers are never around when needed.

Today.... every item that I needed was in stock! The store wasn't too crowded, and check out was a breeze. Great customer service.

Order a birthday cake for a bday party. Realized cake was wrong flavor once cut into it. Bakery said they couldn’t do anything about it since we had cut into the cake already. Like we were supposed to stop in the middle of the party to go back to krogers and complain.

This is hands down one of the most rundown Krogers in Houston. The restrooms are always dirty and pray to God you never have to go to Guest Care. They take forever to help you. Oh, and if you're not a fan of self-checkout, stay clear as it's common to see only one register open.

The prices are ridiculously high. The coupons are not a big help anymore, they just bring their price down to HEB"s regular price. Very few decent deals. I only shop for items exclusive to Kroger.
